The past month Ive been to Kneaders twice and theyre slacking in my opinion, first visit I ordered my kids the kids combo and their sugar cookies were not soft like they usually are! They were Hard and crumbly! Awful nothing like how they were before this visit! The kids were like this is not normal Kneaders sugar cookie! Along with this visit, my turkey cranberry croissant had literally a tbsp worth of chicken in it, and the rest was Cranberry sauce and no lettuce and no cheese like the many times Ive been there Ive had on my sandwich.... I thought maybe they had short staff that day, I dont know but it wasnt like anything Ive experienced at Kneaders before....fast forward to maybe 3 weeks later, Im giving them the benefit of the doubt, Im having the turkey cranberry croissant sandwich again, this time there is Lettuce, cheese and more chicken than cranberry sauce! And I went to the drive thru and the lady gave me the bag covered with soda on the bottom!! I said excuse me this bag is wet on the outside and Im not putting that in my car! She said ugh sorry about that do you want a new bag?!!! Ummmmm yes please?! She rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed? Then I gave her my Kneaders frequent flyer card (she never asked for it but you use it right?) and she said sorry we only honor that when you come inside and not the drive thru? Since when did that happen?!!!! I ordered sugar cookies again and lets hope theyre the normal soft sugar cookies and not the hard crumbly kind I got 3 weeks ago

Im done eating at kneaders in Parker. I love the food but the Parker location is terribly rude, drive thru takes forever and they always get my order wrong. This is probably the fifth time they have been out of kids cookies. Tonight I ordered two kids meals, I payed and received my order. The young lady on drive thru tells me right before I drive off "oh yeah, we are out of kids cookies so theres none in there" and then shuts the window quickly and walks away. I should have stayed there but didnt want to hold up the line anymore and my kid was terribly upset as I took him to kneaders as a special treat, he never gets sweets and was looking forward to his cookie. If you are out of cookies you really should let the customer know at ordering or put something else in the kids meal. I played for a kids meal that had a cookie in it and didnt receive everything I payed for. Also, one of my kids ordered chips in her meal and got grapes. My soup was hardly warm. That was the last straw. Ill save my money and go to another kneaders who appreciates their customers.

Been there three times now and was disappointed all three times! Yes, the food is good but the staff is not. Unfriendly, hurried and frustrated. Ordered the turkey, bacon, avocado and there was ONE small piece of turkey on it. Took it back to the counter and the lady (who was great!) said, "wow - thats not right" and she took it back to have them put more turkey on it and I got a real nasty look from the sandwich maker (sorry, dude --- do your job right the first time!). When she returned it to me, she asked me to check it, so I opened it up and they put about 1/2 oz more turkey -- still a joke. She was so embarrassed -- I felt bad for her! About 3 minutes later, she came to my table with a small container of turkey and about a million apologies. I didnt have the heart to tell her that my sandwich didnt have bacon on it either :-(. $8.00 for an avocado sandwich - no thank you. Their soup was very gelatinous - tasted very fake. Their French toast is good -- but probably not worth another trip to Kneaders. Too many other good places to go,

Ive eaten here many times since they opened. Simply croissant breakfast sandwiches or French toast always good and consistent. Unlimited coffee. For those items 5 stars. Have had other breakfast items undercooked, and unacceptable, so we learned to stick to the first two. Tried lunch several times, always have had to send items back. Bad flavors or Turkey sandwich with little to no Turkey, chicken salad sandwich with 3 chunks of chicken and all bread etc. Lunch has always been a disaster. But again, breakfast croissant or French toast, or maybe a pastry in the morning with coffee, all good. You may have to get the halfnhalf filled for your coffee, because its always running out, but otherwise, Im happy to go there for breakfast, warm inside and decent layout. They just need to work on the other good items. Overall, friendly in my experience, and always take care of the order if I sent something back.

First off the desserts are amazing, but everything is just ok. I went in to pick up a carrot cake, and we came in and waited in line only to have the manger talk over the women who was helping us, to ask if we where being helped. We told him that we where there to pick up an order that had already been paid for and gave him the name it was under, only to have him stare at us and say there was no cake being picked up today; then he just walked away glaring at us, talk about rude customer service (and this was a manger). The women helping us unlike the rude manger looked through a book that had our cake pick up order in it, and after about 10 minutes we received our cake.

I just bought a chocolate croissant and it didnt taste fresh. I had to throw their chocolate croissant in the trash after two bites. It was too dense like it had been sitting and lost all the warm air from baking. In fact, it was slightly cool which made me think it had been refrigerated. I appreciate fresh bread after having lived in Europe but in this case, my "not fresh alarm" went off. Also, Ive purchased two of these in the past and they were ok. However, Im not sure I will ever buy one again. Also, Im writing this review while sitting in the store. My sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant tasted great.... Feeling very disappointed in their pastries.

What do you do when the owner himself is so rude to you that the people around you come by your table to express their sympathy? Who is left to tell? Im here to tell any reader that no matter how tasty food is, it doesnt settle on an awkward stomach. I dont plan on returning to Kneaders because after planning my once a year lunch w my son (work/school dont find our schedules matching often), only to have it soured by a man who found us annoying..... No thanks...

Very unorganized staff. The management should learn how to train there crew to actually know what to do. Ordered online to pick up and witnessed 3 people being ignored when standing to order. It took them 15 min to figure out where, what, when and how about my order. Saw food sitting the entire time with no one worrying about getting it somewhere. Not sure if anyone there knew that they worked in a restaurant. The food may be good but thats only half the battle.
