Ordered a French Dip, but they were out of au jus. Wasnt offered any sort of recompense, so I ordered the Chicken Parm, which was not even a Chicken Parm, it was just cold chicken breast with some very bland tomato sauce on top, plus they forgot the cheese. So lame I couldnt even finish it. Both kinds of sodas I like had no syrup left in the machine, so I asked them to refill them. 20 minutes later the staff (who were not busy) still had not acted on it, so I was stuck drinking flavorless soda water. On top of all that, 2 medium sandwiches with chips and drinks = 25 bucks!!! Next time Ill just head to the far better Firehouse Subs up the street. Dont bother with this place!

Ive had nothing but positive experiences here and the food is quite good. Lots of good ingredient choices and they all have flavor, unlike Subway which tastes like an eraser or worse. If you are vegetarian or pescetarian they have plenty of good choices and ingredients with which to load up your wich that are either veggie or seafood. Its one of my go-to places. The only downside is that it can be fairly slow when its busy.

Depressing place to be. Not one employee smiled the whole time I was in the store. Despite the fact that the floor was pretty dirty (smashed chips all over, tables dirty, etc.) one employee left for the day. I would think that would be something to take care of before anyone leaves...especially when they are busy.

I was going to go in at 8:00pm and it says they close at 9pm and they already had the doors locked. The employees didnt even acknowledge me when I knocked on the front door when they were cleaning the tables. Im very disappointed and will not return.

Waited 40 min for 4 sandwiches. Three of the sandwiches were correct. The fourth a turkey reubens was wrong. They gave me a turkey on white with no dressing. We will not be returning not worth the wait.

The Italian club is great wouldnt recommend the steak and cheese. Kids meals have great options! Good staff at this location
