We are giving them another chance today, we will see. 11/4/16 Having someone who cares to right the wrongs and check reviews helps. _____________________________________________________________ No longer a customer: Their sandwiches are not nearly good enough to wait 2 and a half hours for a 15 sandwich order. Repeated problems. We ordered an hour before needing them for a meeting, and continued to wait another hour and a half IN the store for it because they couldnt even call and say it would be longer. They happily served about 50-55 walk in customers on the spot, before finishing our order from 2.5 hours before though, really?? We ordered weekly on the same day, with the same order. Time and time again we wait too long for an order, dont give us our chili, dont get the correct chips or cookies. They have even asked us to stop ordering chips and cookies so they can have enough food and be able to complete the order faster. We did this for them the last time we ordered because, we wanted to make it easier on them, it clearly doesnt make a difference. Again, they have lost our business any we will never refer them to anyone.

Ive missed Potbellys. There are Potbellys in Chicago. I dont live in Chicago anymore. And it makes me sad. Then I lived in Maryland and then Pueblo for a while each. No Potbellys there. And to be fair, I still had to drive across the city. So worth it! I love their food. Its not super special or anything. Its just good, fresh food. Sandwiches, straight and to the point. And they have the best cookies! And Im a really picky eater. But I damn near lived off Potbellys in Chicago and Im happy to drive across the city to get to it now. My only real complaint was that the drink station was messy and it was hard to reach the lids and straws. But thats it. Friendly service, good food.

Might be a good idea to SPECIFICALLY MAKE SURE that Mayo doesnt get put on your Italian sub, but theyre buying my next one, so all is good in the end. EXCELLENT QUALITY meats! The gardeniare (sp?) (hot pepper mix) is AWESOME! (Ill update this review to 5 stars after I stop in for my fix it free Italian sub... Which I will SPECIFICALLY ASK a (minimum) THREE TIMES NO MAYO, RIGHT?" Everytime I go there food is great people are friendly. With the exception of today was in line for almost 20 mins and they had only toasted two sandwhiches and not made any. With eight people in front of me I left and went next door. Never have watched a place so disorganized. Three employees only one sandwiches. Definitely will go back !! Hopefully they will have it together next time. Hahahaha

with no one in the restaurant I was rushed through the line. Before I could even pick what I wanted on the sandwich I was asked to pay and while I was in the middle of paying I was then asked what I wanted on the sandwich. Then finally when I get home the sandwiches were cold and the bread was stale.

Out of the 4 sandwich shops on Union, this is my favorite. I usually get the grilled chicken and cheddar sandwich and its under $6. Dont forget to add hot peppers! Its not listed, but you can get a peanut butter Oreo shake, and its amazing.

Ben going since it opened. Got a snotty gal that couldnt make a shake right after 2 attempts, then said machine was broke on third attempt. What a joke. Wrote to management with video and no response. Wont go back.

I gave it a 2 star, because the atmosphere is a 4 star. Biggest complaint is portion sizes. If you want a normal sized salad, youll have to order 2 of them. If you want decent service, you need to come before 5pm.
