We were frequent customers for several years. The service was very poor the last few times we were there. After today, we will never return. We had a waitress that was slow to get us our drinks and order. After we received our food, our waitress never returned. I ran out of water, and sucked on ice cubes. About 10 minutes after we finished our food (again, still no waitress), we had to flag down a waitress from another table. She brought us our ticket, and we immediately handed her our cash. She explained that they no longer take $100 bills, and that it was listed on the receipt -That she JUST gave to us. We had only $20 dollars on us besides the large bill, and had no other way to pay. Our bill was $34.00. She stated she would talk to our server. Out of no where, our original waitress appeared. Wow! She proceeded to tell us they no longer take $100 bills, and cannot do anything else for us, and just stood there. After we sat there looking at each other with no options, she said she would talk to the general manager. When the manager arrived, she also proceeded to say they will not take the $100 bills. We had no options. By the way....all three of these women refused to touch the bill to verify the marks. We will never go back after the way we were treated. Also - we were finally told that there was verbiage on the receipt (that you get after you eat), and on the menu. After getting a copy of the menu, it was located inside the menu where the lunch plates were listed, in small print. We were looking on the back page -as it was morning/breakfast time and no need to look inside....???? Maybe they should post this on there DOOR for everyone to see before they have to deal with the horrible service, and then learn they will not take your money.

Upon arriving we were seated very promptly but waited over 10 minutes before anyone approached us and that was after I seen a waitress tell the guy he was our server. We ordered everything at once because we needed to get my son and mom to the airport. My sons burger came out with cheese after I specified no cheese and after we received the second burger it had foil in it. Our waiter only came back 1x to check on us. No refills or to ask if our food was good, or he wouldve known about the foil issue. We flagged down another waitress and asked her to get the manager due to the foil being in his food and after she rolled her eyes she said give me a minute. After watching her do other things for well over 10 minutes, we found him ourselves. He didnt seem to care much just as his staff didnt. He did take care of the kids meal but didnt apologize or offer to fix the burger. I have 5 years of waitressing experience and 2 of them in management. I can guarantee if I wouldve ever treated a customer the way they treated us I wouldve been fired. Thats not how you run a restaurant or treat the people who are helping you make a living. Find a different job if you dont like dealing with people.

This place not only had great food, but the staff was so very kind. We showed up at 11:30 PM (they close at Midnight) after an awful day of flying. We were hungry and on the verge of just being a-holes if we couldnt find a place to eat. These people treated me and my daughter as if they had just opened. We knew they had already started the closing process as most normal people dont come in for dinner at 11:30 pm. We both had beers, and both had the nachos. Everything was awesome. The waitress was so accommodating and kind to us. What a perfect way to end our crappy day!!! Thank you to the nice people at Moonlight Diner. You made our day!!!

Came in the other day and had Christina serve my table. She was with out a doubt the best server I can remember having in quite some time , She was very polite and she took very good care of our table even though my friends were difficult. The food was spectacular and cooked to perfection! Seriously, it WAS GREAT ! This is one of the only reviews I have made on Google, and the others have only been bad reviews thus far . But with such outstanding service and delicious food ! I just couldnt sit quietly. I will be back ! And if the visit is anything close to my last one than i may become a regular. This place does it the right way !!!

The night bar scene is great if youre stuck in one of the nearby hotels. Food is pricey but good. Service sucks and Im sad to say this is probably my last visit. Over the past seven years I have kept trying to come due to the food and atmosphere but the senior wait staff is impossible!I was happy when they hired some new staff a year ago but the old ways are just such an ingrained part of orientation that nothing changes. So this is it! I literally couldnt enjoy my meal today after Janelle continually ignored me asking for butter and napkins and finally slamming my plate on the table. Never again!!!

I called to place an order, granted I attend this establishment on a regular basis. Nevertheless I called and was placed on a dead air hold for 3min & 51sec, I then hung up and called back. Charlie answered the phone and was rude, he rushed me and pretty much acted as if my business was even good enough. I waited about 5min called back and asked for the manager John told me that they were busy and apologized for the employee and I quote, "if there is nothing else goodbye!" Before i could respond the phone was hanging up in my face...This wont be the last time they hear from me. #Guaranteed

I was a server there and no attention was paid to cleanliness and one of the most unprofessional places Ive ever worked. No temperatures were maintained, the back of house was absolutely disgusting, and servers lack the correct customer service training to serve anyone. Best you check out village inn or just stay home instead of risking getting sick... probably one of the worst restaurants Ive ever worked at. Please avoid this infection ridden institution especially if you have children. It may taste good but I promise its better to avoid this place for health purposes! !

Good choice for a meal near the airport We had to stay the night at the Denver airport hotel and was looking for something simple to eat. We decided to avoid the chains and go to Moonlight Diner. The menu is somewhat limited and not nearly as extensive as a "Greek Diner". The food was pretty good and the service was also very good. I had the pork chops that was large in quantity and delicious in taste. The service was attentive and efficient. My wife had Chefs Salad and that was OK. The soup was very good. The dinner hits the spot.
