The older lady who answers the phone and takes orders is VERY RUDE. They messed up our order and forgot to include the sauce for our lemon chicken. So after an hour of waiting for our food to be delivered, we had to wait another hour for the sauce. When I called back about 50 minutes later to check on the status of the sauce, she was even more rude and hung up on me. So I called back immediately and she said, "Im not going to apologize for forgetting your sauce because I didnt pack your order. If you have a problem, then stop being a customer" ... and then she hung up on me AGAIN. I wasnt even upset that they forgot the sauce... I was just checking on the status so we could begin eating. Saddened that this happened because we have been going there for 10 years and the service has always been great and the food is even better. Let us know once that lady is gone and well be customers again.

Placed an order online to the castle rock location in colorado. I had put in my address wrong which is my fault but as I talked to the lady on the phone in a calm voice and tone, she hung up on me. I tried calling again, the same lady answered and I had asked if there was a manager available that I could talk to and she said that there is no manager available and that the manager is on vacation. As I was asking if she could put a not in, she hung up on me again. I have ordered from this restaurant many times. Up till this point I had nothing but great things to say but at this point, the restaurant does not deserve any good reviews. What a great way to support your work place right????? Hahahaha for all I care, this place could fire the worker and I would be happy. I dont care who you are. Never disrespect the paying customer especially since that is the reason you are in bussiness.

No stars if POSSIBLE!!! Bleached mop string in our Pho noodles! N I mean Clorox Bleach smell!! Floor Mop string mixed in with our white noodles!!! Yuck!!! Maybe from "bleaching" white noodles or maybe an actual used restaurant floor mop string either way DISGUST!!! IKR!! Never will eat here or many other restaurants either...EVER again!!! Who knows what were eating anywhere. Home cookn for me n my wife from now on FRT!!!! Also side note we went to a "foreign food" restaurant off Kipling and 470 and a dead dry fly was floating on top of my fountain soda!!! He wasnt a recently deceased mosca!! No he was an ancient dry brown crispy, who knows how old, preserved dead fly floating atop my suds! Beware! Grandpa found dog meat at many restaurants as well n this was decades ago. WTF

Based on the good reviews, we tried this restaurant for the first time Sunday night. We love Asian food and have been looking for quality eats in the area. We had four meals -- Teriyaki Chicken, Kung Pao Beef, Szechuan Chicken, and Pad Se Lew along with an appetizer of Crab Wontons. The Crab Wontons were fine however with the meals, all but the Szechuan Chicken was unedible and ended up going in the garbage. We have no idea how this restaurant receives so many good reviews -- it was truly awful.

Unfortunately my first experience was not good at all. The food was delivered quickly but the $11 low mein is so bland its sad. The eggrolls are terrible. The crabragoons are all cream cheese supposed to have crab in there and there is very little. Disappointed to say the least. This is the worst place, Im eating all noodles with barely any meat...

Great food!!! Ordered for the 1st time 5/14/2017, order was promptly prepared for take out, food was full of flavor and hearty vegetables...This place definitely gives Tasty House a run for the money. I live in founders, and it will be our new go to place for GREAT chinese food! Keep up the great work and service Toss. - 1 pleased customer

The food was ok. I have had better Chinese before. Fed 2 people and spent $35 after delivery so it s slightly over priced but not horrible. Delivery takes an hour on average. On the plus side their website is very nice. I love being able to order online and not have to call in. Also, they deliver to the meadows which is nice.

The food is good, if you can manage to get it timely. It took an hour and a half to get it delivered. We called twice and were told that the driver was on his way. The driver basically shoved the food into our hands and walked away. This is the second time the order has taken over an hour.

Surprisingly good food for a little hole in the wall place. The staff was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is a little dated and run down and they dont have a soda fountain. All sodas are by the can. No refills. But pretty good food anyway.

Excellent first experience! Food was absolutely incredible and the service was just as great! Super friendly and kind staff. Food was ready quickly and they didnt forget anything in our large order. I will most certainly be coming back!

I have ordered twice now in 2 days. Food is great and very good priced. Delivery is extremely fast and they bring everything you could want. I eat a lot of Chinese food in many states and this may be the best. Dont pass it up.

Delivery service is very poor. They messed up my order then wanted to charge me again to fix thier mistake. It was sweet and sour pork is that so hard to get correct????? Never will recommend to anyone!
