A huge shout out to the owner & manager, Aaron C., for going above and beyond. Last week, the delivery driver warned me that their credit card machine was down and apologized. Not even a problem. Aaron followed up by phone and, after sorting payment, apologized and offered to send me a coupon. Yesterday, I received $20 in coupons and a really nice letter from the owner describing what happened and what theyre doing to address it! How cool is that? It wasnt even a problem for me in any way, and the store must have sent dozens - if not hundreds - of similar letters and coupons to other people that day. Very impressive. Oh, and their sandwiches are super yummy and delivery is really fast.

As weird as it may sound, I think this Erbert and Gerberts may be favorite lunch spot downtown. Im a tuna fan, and always get the Bornk- But out of all the sub shops out there, this is by far the best quality. They also have a great membership program where you can get free subs, and overall they just treat their customers so well. It can get busy on weekday lunches, but the service is usually very fast. They also deliver to your office!

Sorry for the 2 stars, but I am in disbelief. I literally just walked out of Erbert & Gerberts off Larimer with my BLT to eat it at home next door. It only has 2 slices of bacon on it. ONLY 2 slices of bacon on a BLT! Wow. That is ridiculous for a $7.00 for sandwich. (On the positive side, the staff in the store are always nice and friendly.)

New Hours (10:30a - 8 pm) New Management, New Owners and a whole new outlook on how deliveries should be done. Were talking fast, really fast. If youve tried E&G Denver before it may be worth another try. The atmosphere is completely different than before. Even the employees seem to be having a good time.

Very friendly staff, they were great. I ordered two sandwiches, the Tappy came with about 2 slices of meat. So I ordered a double roast beef, which had about 4 slices of meat. Pretty weak. Both sammies included plenty of lettuce though, so if youre a big lettuce fan this is the place for you.

The food was great, but the delivery guy was creepy. I open the door and there he was, a tall guy with glasses. He kept fumbling around and staring at my breasts the whole time. I wish I had more locks on my door. If you order girls ask that he doesnt deliver it. Major creeper.

Tried it for the first time today and the food and service was great. There was a line just after 12 for placing orders but I was there about quarter till and was able to get my food quickly. Not a lot of tables but a great place to grab and go for lunch downtown.

Got the Apollo sandwich, had ONE slice layer of deli chicken meat and 2 tiny pieces of bacon. The staff was nice, the sandwich tasted good, but for almost 8 dollars, the amount of food was not at all worth it.
