Dine-out meals like theirs I crave and can afford to eat every other day. However, its the interactions between the workers that leave me with a bad taste. On more than one occasion I have witnessed a woman (long brown hair worn up in a ponytail; nervous energy) berate colleagues for things related to being idle when it was not the case. This woman seems to be in a leadership role. She communicates with staff with an abrasiveness that makes us on the other side of the counter very uncomfortable. In the span of the few minutes I waited for my take out fried chicken salads yesterday, I witnessed two unprofessional interactions between the ponytail woman and other staff. I had a woman (short brown hair) helping me and the long hair woman snapped at her for not doing something clear on the other side of their drink area. --A task the ponytail woman had time and an able body to do herself. I then overheard an exchange between the ponytail woman and a woman who looks Hispanic. It had something to do with an inaccurate order. The ponytail woman seemed to not have had all the facts, yet she went after the Hispanic one as if she did and continuously cut her off. Poor listening skills. Poor stress managment. Poor people management. This behavior is uncomfortable for patrons to experience, bad company PR and it is not professional. Love your salads as I do, the interpersonal exchanges turn my stomach.

It would be nice if everyone was treated the same. But being a trans person of color seems to make you invisible. The person who took my order and the one who took money were pleasant but when it came to thr one walking around to make sure I was okay. He seemed to want to wipe the tables rather than stop by my table. Ive seen him hit all the other tables and avoid mine like the plague. Dishes still sitting at my table while all others are bussed. And to make it worse, hes a person of color as well!! Wtf?? I used to come here all the time, but now, no thanks. I can be ignored in my own neighborhood in East LA oh wait, Im not.

Ive always enjoyed the salads and plates at Tender Greens. This location is one of the newer opens that opened up recently in the valley. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of tables. We got the hot plates which came with a side of salad and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. What we tried: -Chipotle BBQ Chicken: Tasty! Pretty healthy option. The grilled chicken had a nice flavor. -Backyard Marinated Steak: Very tender and flavorful! Drinks: Free refills! -Iced Green Tea -Pineapple Agua fresca Parking: Free parking in the lot If you love healthy and fresh food, you should check this place out!

With all the hot male flesh walkin around this place, it is hard to sit down to dinner without an erection. I still havent figured out how to eat here affordably. I had an albacore tuna plate with quinoa cucumber vinaigrette dressing , kale goat cheese salad, and artisan sourdough bread and mashed potatoes and plain fresh real brewed iced T for $20.17.. Yowza! You can eat 2 gourmet burgers w/ fries @ The Claim Jumper for that, & have a glass of beer instead. But this is Weho. Staff is friendly and the place is homosexual friendly. TG is not your average fast food restaurant, & TG for that

This place used to be amazing a good five years ago...huge portions, friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Now it is a shadow of its former self. Food portions have shrunk big time, especially the proteins. The salads have basically become lettuce covered in dressing with a couple mix ins here and there. The presentation has also gotten incredibly sloppy. But then again, when you dont have many mix ins to work with, you are basically trying to make lettuce look pretty. And the staff behind the counter, they are preoccupied with their lives. Save your money and go to another salad place.

Honestly, I dont understand the good reviews from this place. Close your eyes. Imagine a Cobb salad. Then come here and pay $13 for one. 6-7 bacon bits. Yellow lettuce. Dont you expect your chicken to be carved and laid out nicely? Like every other Cobb salad youve ever had? My chicken was with skin, and I had to cut around gristle and fat....Im not exaggerating...it was absolutely nauseating. The best way I can convey it would be like asking your 13 yr old to go into the fridge and make you a "Cobb salad" with "what we have." Total miserable experience. 8/12/17. Never again

Ive been here a few times with my office, and its definitely one of our favorite places to go for lunch. service is pretty quick and they usually have a big table free for us all to sit at. The food is consistently good and you usually pay around $13 for a pretty healthy and filling meal! Its in a nice location with big windows and photos showing the history of the gay Rights movement associated with that Stretch of Santa Monica Blvd along the walls, which is pretty interesting to check out. Very nice place for a quick office lunch!

Vous avez la possibilité de faire votre propre plat (salade). Frais, bon, simple, efficace. Rien à dire. Nous avons vu une petite starlette du petit écran BEVERLY HILLS (nouvelle génération) mdr. Laccueil était très bien.

Always a bustling place for fresh quality ingredients and healthy alternative. This location gets super packed around lunch time but it normally moves pretty quickly. My favorite is the HAPPY VEGAN salad - four scoops of deliciousness that includes different choices including hummus, farro hazelnut cranberry salad, quinoa with cucumber & beets and tabbouleh salad topped with some greens in the middle and a stick of their delicious toast.

This is one of my top go-to places when Im feeling the need to steer clear of greasy fast food and dig into some healthy, wholesome goodness. My hands down favorite hotplate combinations are the chipotle barbecue chicken sandwich and the steak hot plate. The meat for both is so tender and flavorful, I cant get enough of it! And the roasted red peppers and aioli for the sandwich are just proverbial icing to the cake.

I was so excited in having TenderGreens near my house after I have been going to TenderGreens in Culver City...They opened up without sending flyers or allerting the neighborhood and I was also so disappointed with the size of the dishes served at the WestHollywwod site - they are much smaller and tasteless. No heaters on the outside patios either....Very poor management.

My recommendation: get the Happy Vegan but sub out the faro wheat for another vegetable of your choosing. My personal favorites in the protein selection are the backyard-marinated steak and the herb-brushed albacore. Its the same as the Pasadena and Culver City location but does have some slight changes to the daily specials menu.

I really enjoyed this place. Right in the heart of Weho. I was able to enjoy some healthy eating before going to a Weho bar. The customer service was super friendly and welcoming which I could really appreciate. The food was great and its a great place to sit outside (they have heated lamps) and people watch in the middle of Weho.

Would be a 4 if it wasnt for the skin left on the chicken and grisel on the meat. Their creation line, while impressive, leaves things in the meat that go "crunch" or bounce when you chew. Also, the bread will cut your gums. Otherwise, itd be a 4. Certainly the place to go for salad options, but Ugo does a better caesar.
