Absolutely awful. I ordered the Capt. Sorensens Datil Pepper Grilled Chicken to go, intending to eat this in my office cube. I was asked if the suggested condiments were acceptable (OK) and if the "Datil Sauce" (described as ketchup with a kick) was acceptable (OK). Everyone was very nice. Got the sandwich, went back to my cube. When I opened the wrapper, a flood of sauce appeared. It slathered the entire circumference, soaking the top and bottom buns, dripping onto my desk and making a colossal MESS! I had to use a fork and knife to pick it up and put it on a paper plate, and the whole thing was so slippery, I had to throw the top bun out entirely. Now, Im off my appetite, but Im hungry, so I start to eat and, as Gertrude Stein said of Oakland, there was no "there" there. Almost tasteless. I guess Firehouse put out my fire, huh?

When I lived in Jacksonville, FL., I ate at Firehouse every day. I eagerly awaited this one to open , now I can get my Firehouse fix! Mike Kelley, your review is irrelevant, try ordering something else before you trash someones store. Your review is like condemning all of New York city because of Donald Trump!

Super great place! Friendly and cool people, big menu with lots of options and customizing to do with meats, toppings, and healthy alternatives. I had a full on salad with added ham and additional toppings, was very fresh and tasted like one Id make at home.

I loved the subs! The service is so awesome... too bad there is only 1! :C There service was so nice and there subs are pure fresh! Melted cheese and a large choice of toppings Highly recommend you come dont forget to leave a tip for the firefighters!

The wife and I ate here for the first time yesterday. We both ordered the same thing. Unfortunately I dont recall what it was called. It as a pork sandwich with coleslaw in it. The thing was screaming good. I will be coming here more often.

My family actually drives the 30 min to this place when we want a brief outing from home. The subs are very good in a fast casual environment. Friendly staff. Always costs a bit more than I would like, but it doesnt keep me from coming back.

The owner Christy is so welcoming & friendly its like she knows everyone who walks in personally. The sandwiches are delicious & filling and rounded off with a cool, crisp pickle. Its a crave worthy experience!

Great customer service but portions turned out to be small in comparison to other chains. My Turkey & Cranberry was very good but not enough to satisfy. Great if you are on a diet.
