If only employees can eat there, why call it a cafe? They could make so much more business if all could eat there. Throw in some wifi and its a big money maker. I am giving a ONE STAR only because of no access to possilby a good meal.

Not sure why this is a business. No public access. You could jump a fence and pose as a postal employee, but I highly doubt its worth the effort.
