Came in today 4/15/16 for dinner and as we walk in we noting there was a line of people waiting to see the hostess at the front to be seated we figure maybe its a busy time. after waiting for about 7-10 minute we come to find out that there wasnt anyone stationed at the checking desk to seat people and a good size group of people had accumulated waiting. we where 3rd in line but behind us where 4 other groups. Finally the hostess shows up, takes us to a table, we get there and the table is still dirty with plates and left over food from the previous customers so she asked us if we can hang on for a moment while they clean. as we where standing by the table waiting for the cleaning staff and talking among our selfs another customer just walks up from the front and just sits there at the table we had been waiting to be cleaned. We go back to the hostess and told her some one walked right up and took our seat as we where waiting for the table to be cleaned and just sneaked right up behind us and took the table.She quickly apologized and said she will find us another table right away. We did get a new table and got seated right away. She made a fast and very polite action to fix the situation. Now that we got seated it took 15+ minutes to even order drinks. no server staff ever came around until we notified the same hostess girl about the lack of service we where experiencing. She once again apologized and sent the nearest waiter to take our order. He was polite and very much apologizing for the confusion that no one had been assigned to cover the area in which we where seated a in wich there was about 4 other groups seating as well. We quickly told him what we wanted for drinks, appetizers and main food plates. He did apologize and was quick to bring us our drinks and not long after our appetizers which where great. We had the PAN-SEARED POT STICKERS Steamed, pan-seared pork dumplings. Served with a Szechwan dipping sauce. wich we did like. we also order 2 main plates: the SIZZLING CHICKEN & CHEESE Garlic-marinated all-natural chicken breast served over melted cheese with onions, peppers and creamy mashed potatoes. and the CHIPOTLE YUCATAN CHICKEN SALAD Roasted pulled all-natural chicken breast over mixed greens tossed with avocado, mixed cheese, tomato, red onion, cilantro and tostadas. Drizzled with Avocado Vinaigrette and chipotle crema. The problem with the chicken & cheese plate was that the chicken was over cooked and dry and there was no cheese and no onions pepper or any veggies. a few minutes later one fo the cooks came to our table with a small plate saying that there had been a mistake and they did not add the veggies to the chicken plate and left them for us. By that time I come to notice that there was cheese on the plate BUT it had been burnt and turned into a crusty black layer stuck on the bottom of the plate in which the chicken and shrimps where stuck into the only thing I enjoyed about this plate was the mashed potatoes. now, the CHIPOTLE YUCATAN CHICKEN SALAD had just a few pieces of chicken which where also very dry and also was not Drizzled with Avocado Vinaigrette and chipoltle crema. There was no chipotle anything on the salad. It was basic greens with chicken tossed on it. We where glad that the hostess acted quickly to get us seated and once again when some one took our table she was fast to find us another table. was not happy that some one dropped the ball and did not get a waiter staff to cover the area we where seated at it was not until we notified the hostess about not been serviced that she ran to go get a waiter. We where glad that the waiter took charge and took our orders fast and efficiently been very polite and apologizing but once our food was delivered it was well under the quality we had come to your establishment for. Reading many of the other service comments on here makes me see that we are not the first ones and that something must be changed to fix the lack of service quality and I hope it does get addressed.

My gf and i decided to go there for happy hour after seeing the happy hour specials online. I let the waiter know that i was ordering stuff that I saw priced online... when I got my bill, I was being charged $40 dollars more.. I asked why I was being charged soo much if the items were priced like this online, and I show him the prices online.. 2 plates of wings at $5 each, mozzarella sticks $9 (reg price), 2 beers $8 each (reg price), and 2 $5 drink specials, plus tax. his responce was - "yeah, yeah, yeah, we dont follow the online prices". He disappeared for a bit to the kitchen to talk to his so-called manager... (he probably just said he went to ask but, just went to hang out at the kitchen for a bit...) and comes back with - this is the best I can do and walks away. He only reduced the bill $10. He should have mentioned that they didnt follow the prices advertised online when I placed my order. I was looking at their menu online..

We arrive about 5pm for dinner, only we still had to wait for a few minutes till someone noticed us standing around... Not many people and yet they wanted to seat us in another area outside the main room, where there was absolutely no one around and yet saying they only had 2 servers to work work dinner time... I finally convinced them to let us sit where the other patrons were seated... Got drink orders wrong, slow service.....food cold and took almost an hour to get our main course (remember there were only like 10 tables needing service).... the meal came to about $90 and I only left a $10 tip and felt like that was to much! Remember what "TIPS" means (To Insure Proper Service), I didnt get that... Wont be going to this TGI Fridays again!

Went on Friday June 30th. The greeters where very friendly, the waiters are very,very slow and the manager just straight SUCKS!. We arrived @7 pm waiting an hour and a half to be seated. We where seated @ 8:30 , the waiters took our orders. Didnt get our food until after 9 pm. The orders where wrong, food was cold and the portions where small and over priced. The manager has no customer service skills when we asked for a manager. Actually the manager walked passed our table after we sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and made a loud comment "wow". I will never go back to this Fridays!

The service is horrible! All the other patrons in our area could be heard asking each other where the waitress was. When she finally appeared she did a really quick walk through almost not even acknowledging her tables. Only the tables that spoke up as she ran by got some attention. When the food came it was cold and over cooked (tough). There is a reason why you can always get a table quickly at this place. Its because no one wants to eat here. Theyre all next door at Olive Garden braving the 45 minute wait to get a good meal and good service.

First, Id like to say is the waitress was fabulous! Very attentive, Gave great customer service. With that being said......The mashed potatoes were horrible! They tasted like boxed potatoes...it had weirdest taste. And the broccoli tasted like fish! Ugh...The only good thing was the Jack Daniels chicken. I was so disappointed.. And on top of that,,,it took forever to get our food! Ive been going to this Fridays since it opened, but lately the quality of the food has gone down. Ill think second before I come back.... SMH
