Where do I begin? The two boys that work the front were rude from the second me and my boyfriend walked through the doors. They took another couples order before us even tho we walked in 10 minutes before them. He basically threw our Thai teas at us. When he finally took my order it was a "what do you want?" type of attitude, didnt get one smile the entire time, didnt even give me the chance to ask what came in my dish before he walked away. He got an attitude when my boyfriend asked, I got it to go because I was so fed up and he let it sit on the counter for a good 5 minutes before he literally said "oh yeah..its ready" then to top it off there was no "thanks for coming in, have a good night, enjoy your meal" just a dry ass "BYE". The food wasnt even all that either.

I never leave bad reviews but this time I have no choice. I have been here 3 times and have given this restaurant a chance, each time I have been let down. The service has been the most terrible service I have ever received, this has not happened once but has happened on all three occasions. I had to wait 15 minutes before I was seated even though there were tables empty. The staff are rude, I had to get my own utensils and wait over 40 minutes for the food to arrive and not once but twice the food was so cold and I had to send it back for it to be re heated.. Really is not worth it, such a disappointment. Today was the last straw for me, I will not be returning here any time soon, if you dont care about bad service stroppy staff and cold food then take a chance..

Placed an order for delivery. Waited and waited and finally an hour and 15 minutes later they show up, with someone elses order, but billed to me. I was furious and told them just to take the food and go, and to make sure my huge bill was credited to my card. Then I called the place to let them know of their error and they could not have cared less. The guy says oh okay, uh huh, ok, and I kept saying please call me back when the credit has gone through, he says uh huh okay, yeah. Really, no sorry we screwed up, nothing and that will be the last time we ever order from there or set foot in their establishment again!

I used to eat here with my kids all the time. then it seemed that the owners kids were waiting tables, which is fine, but they dont know anything about customer service, how to pour wine, etc. Yesterday I took my kids for a celebration dinner and had the worst service ever by two girls who had never been trained in customer service and were very rude. Even my kids were shocked at how rude our primary waitress was. Bill was 80.00, and we were very unhappy when we left. Bad celebration, big check, thanks, White Elephant. We wont be back.

Worst service ever . Our firts time here and never again will we come back . Its 4:28pm we came in around 3 and the waiter just offered us water untill 15 min later my husband asked for a coke . We order our food and wen it came the waiter said said he had lost track of time and that they where closed . He said there was no rush but he had to give us our ticket to pay every five minutes he kept on asking if we were done or of we needed a box to go rolling his eyes at us and looking at us eating it was so ridiculous.

Ordered through Grubhub, over priced for poor quality food. Took two hours to deliver down the street and did not follow simple instructions to call me before ringing the doorbell at my office. Food came cold and tasted like they microwaved it, the orange chicken was soggy and gross and sauce was leaking out of the bag. It was just a total mess, wasted $30 for terrible food and service. Will not go back and will warn my friends of this experience.

To-go order took 40 mins. They got my order wrong. Girl ringing me up couldnt work the cash register and had to ask someone else for help. Charged me incorrectly for my wrong order. Gave me the food without the included salads. Didnt bring my tea out and i forgot to ask again for it. :( For what consolation it is... The employees seemed nice and they were understaffed so maybe managers should hire some employees or learn how to schedule.

I often come here out of convenience and proximity to my home and work. But it always disappoints in how long my called in to go order takes. They never even start to cook it until I arrive at the time they told me it would be ready. Whats the point of calling ahead then? To make matters worse, the portions are crazy small for the price. Every time I go I wonder why I do. May drive a little farther to Exotic or Bangkok Ave from now on.

Weve ordered take-out from White Elephant more times than I can count. Their curries are absolutely delicious (their yellow curry in particular!), as are many of their other dishes. Ive also dined at the restaurant and received great service when seated inside and not-so-great service when seated outside at a table of 10... Their patio area is dog friendly, which gives them an extra star.

I eat here whenever I am in the area on business. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is great. This is a casual dining thai restaurant, and you will get your food quick. I usually have the pad thai and tom ka soup, plus jasmine tea, and all three are delicious. Plus, the portions are quite hefty, especially the soup!

I am so lucky to have this place right around the corner, I come every week or so. The food is great - I recommend the BBQ chicken, green curry, and tom kha gai, all fantastic. Service can vary depending on who is working, but the owner is fabulous and service usually very quick, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Best restaurant in TO hands down, best Thai food in 100 mile radius. The food is incredible, the restaurant is owned by a Thai family and they make very authentic food. The staff is also very kind and thoughtful, my girlfriend has food allergies and they helped us identify the dishes free of her allergens. They also deliver!

Good, but not great Thai food... but I may be missing something. When I moved to Thousand Oaks, almost everyone recommended this as the best Thai in town, but I was underwhelmed. Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Tam Ka Gai, and Cashew chicken all dissappointed, and the portions were very small for the price.

The food was pretty good but the service was soooo slow. We had to get up and refill our own water. Our dinner took 40 minutes for some soup and pad tai. The food came out at different times. We will never go back because of the service.

The won ton soup is very tasty! They also offer great lunch specials that are big enough to share. It is quite the bargain. I adore the decor. The service is a little to be desired but its not horrible. They are still super friendly.
