Hands Down Friendly Service I came here for a company dinner. There was a set menu and after going to many company dinners with set menus there is little you can do to actually get what you want and the best things on the menu because it is contracted before hand. Luis and Frank were 100%, hands down genuine and made sure EVERYONEs individual needs were met. Luis made it clear that he wanted our needs to be met and that he was committed to making us happy as it would make him happy. I know I will come back based on the service they provided. I am a picky/healthy eater and they happily made me feel at home and accommodated my needs with a smile and professionalism. I will return to Piatti because: 1) 100% meet your needs service 2) The salmon was a knock out because it was cooked just right, had an excellent level of seasoning, and went great with the wine that Luis picked out for me.

Lets start off with the wait staff; the service was very slow, our waiter was unable to make recommendations on entrees and starters, very inconsistent, didnt check up on us, didnt refill water and bread. The food; Very good bread, and excellent braised venison ribs! Very small portions, but it definitely didnt lack flavor. Very moist and tender, and it came with a very delicious, thick, creamy sauce! However, the spinach flan fell flat. It was very bland, and the texture was off... theres just something about spinach flan that rubs me the wrong way. Had a few bites of my boyfriends orange duck, and it was okay in my biased opinion. Im not a huge fan of duck, but it was fefinitely edible. I also had a bite of the bolognese, and it was so so, not very flavorful, and the pasta was over cooked. Next time, Ill just have to send back mediocre entrees!

The food was not at all good for its price. Moreover the service was pathetic. Our experience turned out to be really bad at the end of the meal when they refused to accept the valid discount coupon we had... without giving any logical justification and not even letting us talk to the manager. Instead they were baseless and rigid to the point that they didnt even care about losing one of their customers. Highly dissatisfied and wouldnt ever want to visit this place again.

This restaurant is nicely designed with an open kitchen and a sunroof letting through bright natural light. I especially like the fireplace and the shutter windows dividers separating the two dining rooms. While the decor was inviting, the food fell short. The blue crab in the sandwich was much too mushy and the rock fish was overcooked. However, the pizza was tasty with a crisp thin crust and flavorful sausage.

Like other reviewers said small portions, good quality and service, high prices. Wait - isnt it a sign of a high class restaurant? I rated them solid four stars, because for the price, they could have presented their food better. I mean it tastes good, but does not look anything special. Most good restaurant in Vegas go extra mile to have their meals look as good as they taste.

Staff slow to get order then when ordered clams no smaller fork to get clam meat out. Trying to be upscale & failing. Slower service than others around since I did not look the same? One server tried to make up for at end after looks from self and other patrons eating at bar but failed. Portions small. Generous with 2 stars since 1 server recognized his poor effort.

Maybe better to eat in. But pasta and pizza portions were very small for take out. Expected more for the price. Food was decent, just expensive like everything in this area. Staff at the bar were friendly and made a nice non alcoholic cocktail with fresh ginger and mint. Some bars refuse to make non-alcoholic drinks or will just give you juice.

I thought the food was good (3/5), but couldve been better for the price. I give it an extra star because our server, Luis, was very friendly and quick to attend to our table. Update: have been here a few more times and have loved everything else Ive gotten so Im upping to 5 stars. Pictures is a delicious chocolate cake dessert we enjoyed.

Usually great experience we go a lot as its just down the road from our apartment. Last night (Wednesday) we walked in at 9pm and were rudely told they were closed despite the website and google but lising them open until 9:30pm. Its okay if you want to change your hours Piatti, but let people know so they can adequately plan.

Great for working lunches. Big menu with delicious options. We tried the pomegranate lemonade after our server recommended, he was right it was amazing. Quality food, some quick options if you are in a hurry. Overall everyone in our group loved their food and we plan to come back very soon.

Love this place, but for the ambiance more than the food. Dont get me wrong the food is well prepared, but the menu is limited, and the ingredients always a little odd. The service is also v good to be fair. Prefer sorting at the bar, chatting with the great staff there

Ordered the ravioli -- worst decision ever. Lemon curd based sauce is overpowering and all I could taste and was poured so heavily on the plate that my Dad thought it was a soup at first. The service wasnt good, either -- Dads fork was really gross and not cleaned.

Food was alright, not great. Good thing I was not too hungry because they have very small portions (as most uppity restaurants have) for a very large price. So if you have a little appetite and a large wallet, go for it. The service was friendly and polite.

Food was fantastic. I had the braised lamb and I was expecting a 2-3oz piece of rib but out came a Flinstones sized chunk of perfectly cooked lamb-ie goodness over a decedent (read very rich) portion of polenta. Great dining experience.

If you have reservations (highly recommended for big groups), this place is good for a business lunch. Wait staff is friendly and they are willing to make substitutions to your food to accommodate dietary requirements.

Very good food with a wide range of interesting menu choices, excellent service, but prices a bit high. To balance, however, they offer a full meal -but with limited choices - for only $29, which includes a dessert.

They recently changed their menu: they used to have the best Spagthetti Bolognese in town (Niman Ranch meat), but now they serve some other (cheaper), tasteless meat. So dont go there if Bolognese is your dish

Heirloom tomato pizza was beyond excellent. The crust is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy and the tomatoes are the most flavorful Ive had in a long time (cant stand soggy bland tomatoes!)

I recommend their lunch over their happy hour. Fairly small menu either way, but some good options for lunch. They primarily cater to the tech crowd, so it gets very busy right around noon.

I like to come here for happy hour. the drinks are fresh, the food is delicious and the vegetables rotate seasonally. right now asparagus is found in many dishes and I like it.
