I walked in and the angry male employee behind the counter barely asked me what I wanted. Even after I put a dollar tip in the jar he still barely made eye contact! I ordered a tall iced white mocha with an add shot. The even more angry barista (male) made me a skinny iced mocha latte. When I told him this is not what I ordered he said something to the man that took my order and muttered to himself then relunctently made the correct drink without ever makin eye contact. Never once did they say anything pleasant. I mentioned to the Barista that he really needed to improve his people skills and he turned his back to me. I have never received such bad service at any Starbucks.

Horrible experience when I went today for my free birthday Starbucks reward drink the girl in the drive thru seem extremely rude by laughing and by not listening when I told her two times that I got a free Starbucks birthday reward drink she was actually charging me I told her again showed her my phone then she looked at it and was laughing seriously this is such horrible costumer service laughing at the customers Im seriously so disappointed i didnt even enjoy my drink well !!! This Starbucks drive thru place needs nicer people that dont laugh at the customers and need to better listen to the customers

DRIVE THRU this place has a drive thru. Yes! Starbucks drivethru is the bomb. You cant really screw up Starbucks unless you try hard so 5 stars means this is normal for any Starbucks store. Its Matcha Frappe time with 2 scoops Matcha and 2 scoops Vanilla added. Best matcha green tea ever in a frappe drink. Casey gets a chai latte i get matcha. Life is good with a drivethru.

Very nice. Well made, nice ambiance- awesome Japanese cold brew machine thats cool to look at. Starting to fall in love with the unofficial "coffee district" downtown. Youd be hard pressed, no pun intended, to find a bad cup out here.

Like any location - its fine. They always use their proven "formula" for their "coffee shops". This location should contribute to a slight bump in business activity to the Simi Town Center which is needed.

This location was the greatest when they opened, but they mustve cut payroll because they are consistently the slowest location now. Takes 20 mins to get a drink at non-peak times. :/
