Too darn cold inside the store all the time and nothing seems to help fix the issue because store manager Kaine insists on the very cold Temps. He does not even respond to clients who complain to corporate. One needs to sit there bundled up and uncomfortable because of a stubborn selfish attitude.

Give me back El Pollo Loco!!! REALLY!!! Starbucks has to move across the street right into Beanscenes parking lot and take out El Pollo Loco so they can have a drive through!!! BS! Just so the lazy people dont have to get out of their car for coffee. DONT GO TO THIS NEW STARBUCKS!!!!!!!

Very nice Starbucks with a fast drive thru. The only issue I seem to have with it is twice now I have ordered my drinks and they didnt even make my drink I had to ask where it was for it to finally be made!

Called them about a complaint about the drink that almost killed me from choking on something in it and the man laughed! They said it was a joke and they were going to call police! Bad service, assholes!

Decent Starbucks location. Good service, decent facilities. I wish there were more electrical outlets and wireless charging ports, but otherwise this is a good location to study and have coffee.
