Every time Ive gone here my order is always messed up some how, and I mean this literally. A certain kind of soup isnt available so they swap it with something else, they give me the wrong order, you name it. I ordered a sandwich and bread bowl of soup tonight and they decided to make the sandwich without certain add-ons due to not having them and did a cup of soup instead of the bread bowl due to not having that in stock. The least they could have done was maybe call and ask if Id like to change my order.

I loved the service , thank you for cutting my bread of cinnamon raisin bread to the young lady who did it and asking me if I would love that, also the manager at the time I went was 3pm he took my order and didnt ask are you ready now or you need more time he was very patient, and last Karina when I paid my loaf of bread a smile , polite, and we had a small conversation which made my day. Thanks for those 3 persons. Keep it up the good service.

Great place to relax and meet with friends over great food. Service is very fast and friendly, and the tables are very clean. Wonderful selection of foods; theres something for everyone, even for those with dietary restrictions. And the best part about Panera is that you can stay as long as you like so you dont feel pressured to finish up your conversations quickly.

Bad, Worse Panera i ever been in. I got my sandwich with burned bread. Cashier was rude. How you can run a location with horrible service and still make it? In other cities this place would be closed by now. Simi people are forgiving!!! I would stay away from this low quality location. Be sure to pay attention to the bad reviews of this location.

Panera is a regular for us. We love their salads and their baguettes are so good. My brother and I will go after the gym, we split a full salad (they split it for us) with 2 drinks for $15. You go to fast food and pay that or more and this food is so much healthier. LOVE IT!!!

Poor service, staff is unmotivated and simple orders are constantly wrong, rapid pick up service is obsolete due to the fact your food is never ready and usually they dont have what you ordered and they dont bother to call, love the food but sadly not going here for a while

First time at this location. Great customer service. Food was quick and delicious, but my chicken sandwich was a lil on the sloppy side. Bread was cut funny and all the chicken was on one side of sandwich :-/ but still good. Pastries...awesome! Would visit again

I only went there for the free coffee, but accidentally went to Corner Bakery first and they gave me a free coffee and it was then that I realized that it was no big deal. When I went to Panera for their free coffee it was the same; coffee is coffee.

Their Rapid Pick up Service is lacking. Every time I go in, I have to ask for my order or why it isnt ready yet. I do rapid pick up because Im usually on my way to work, whats the point if my food is never ready when it says it should be ready...?

Rude service, staff unfriendly, not willing to review orders. Food orders continue to be incorrect. I love the food here, and the location, but unfortunately the service will keep me away.

Lack of inventory is a problem. Oatmeal was like thick plaster. Panerai as a chain is sliding down hill. Corner bakery is much more consistent.
