I used to really like Fantasia. I still think the strawberry green milk tea or the peach milk tea is really good. This location is very cramped, and the service is not so great. Horrible actually, on my last visit. They got my friends order wrong-- she ordered a jasmine milk tea with pearls, they gave her regular milk tea with grass jelly? I was also mugged by the girl working there because I wasnt sure if it was my drink to pick up on counter. She saw my uncertainty and barks out loudly: "WHAT DID YOU ORDER?!" I was startled and taken aback. I mean if youre in the row and really want some milk tea, go for it. Otherwise, there are better places to go.

We went there at 9:30pm twice on hot day and ordered red bean freeze, but he never made it. He said he could make red bean milk tea. It feels uncomfortable, seems like he doesnt do his job. Whats different between red bean milk tea and red bean freeze? Put some ice or not right?

Great bubble tea at decent price, but cash only in 2017 is ridiculous. Id be happy to pay a bit more and not have to waste 10 minutes walking to an ATM, paying a fee and taking cash that I wont use anywhere else just for a little 4$ drink...

This place has the worst quality in bubble tea in all fantasia stores I have been to. It just tastes different and a but over sweet. Im not even sure its fantasia by tasting their bubble tea.

A great place to get pearl (boba) milk tea. Great quality! The drinks were not too sweet and the boba was not hard/old. Will definitely be coming back here.
