Okay so Im very mixed on this place now. This used to be my absolute favorite Starbucks, and its not that a different location has filled that spot, this location simply fell out of favor for me. I hardly go to Starbucks anymore because I dont care for this location, which used to be my mainstay. The staff is okay, although the manager must have been having a bad day or something the last time that I wa in because she was very rude and condescending. They do a good job making the drinks and use top equipment for the task. The new decor is more open, but the high tables are just awful- entirely impractical and not at all comfortable. The choice to not bring in new couches was a good one as they seemed to make the elderly linger, pre-renovation (many a time I would look up to find a geriatric asleep on the couch or in one of the overstuffed chairs). That wont be a problem anymore, which is nice. I like the room that the removal of the couch and centralized display rack provide. The decor is nice enough style-wise (modern/contemporary/clean, with central cluster of Asian paper lamps). Im glad overall that they chose to update but it is surprising A.that it took so long for a high-grossing location (the decor became very tattered) and B.that no signage was up when they closed for remodeling (very uncourteous: I thought that they had permanently closed up shop). Ill continue to stop in from time to time, but wont make a habit of it. My business should either stay in the home or go to smaller establishments.

Of the 40+ Starbucks locations in the Bay Area that Ive trued, this store definitely stands out as the best, and its easily my favorite to frequent. • Incredible Staff - The employees are always genuinely friendly, charismatic, attentive, and professional. On the very rare occasion an order is filled incorrectly, they take responsibility, apologize sincerely, and make things right. A big shout-out to Kevin, Sergey, Jo-Jo, & Little Bears mom. Together, theyre a well-oiled machine and make tackling the morning rush seem so easy. • Great Facilities - Especially after recent renovations, this location boasts an ample amount of various seating options (indoors and out-) for large groups lounging and chatting the time away, individuals quietly working on their laptops, and everyone in between (pets and kids, too). The bathroom is always clean, well-stocked, and maintained often. Again, a 5-star place with a 5-star crew. I always look forward to starting my day here.

Ive been there couple times. Interior design probably is the best Starbucks Ive ever been. Everything is modern looking and simple.restroom is clean and everything is organized. I would definitely go there again. But there are some issues that may bother you when you are enjoying your coffee. Temperature was incredibly low. I dont know why they put AC on cooler mode. I had to go outside to warm up myself and get back.Seriously , in winter time! I thought that happened accidentally but when I read rest of the reviews I noticed that this happened before too. Now I dont think it just happens by accident . maybe theyre trying to keep there not too busy and comfy! Anyway, If you like to go there, make sure you have more than enough clothes on and do not go there between 2-4 PM because you will annoyed by bunch of teenagers talking loudly. If you are teenager I dont think you read reviews to go somewhere if you do read reviews just ignore me .

Wow! This location has been recently remodeled and its just stunning! Its now a Reserve Starbucks Location that offers everything that a normal Starbucks offers but with the added bonus of the Star R experience! Single origin small lot rare coffees that you just cant find anywhere..... Along with a Black Eagle espresso machine and several top notch brewing methods..... The intent is to slow you down, take coffee back to coffee and educate their customers on the unique stories that each small lot coffee has to tell. As well as sharing their passion for brewing the perfect cup of coffee. The conversations are captivating and engaging. Well done Starbucks and Staff

They recently renovated this Starbucks to become a reserve store. They have removed much of the seating. Tables are now being reserved, so even if its empty you cant sit there. Ive given them a chance to regroup after the re-opening. But seriously today took the prize. The barista on register has no clue as to why my drink is charged the way it is. Just "thats all Ive been told"... And cant tell the difference between a standard oatmeal and blueberry. Really? Plump little blue fruits from the refrigerator? Honestly. This used to be my favorite Starbucks in town. Not...any...more.

I have several not so good experience with this Starbucks. Mostly the coffee they served not as fresh as I expected (french coffee, macchiato, latte). I can taste it straight away, which is different bitterness than just-being-brewed coffee. One occasion the macchiato just plainly too sweet, as it try to cover the bitter of roast coffee. But the services is excellent and the place is great if you do some homework there. I think it just the matter more training for baristas.

So after visiting here quite often for the past year this is what I have found. This Starbucks is probably one of the most constantly full ones I have seen, as from sun up to sun down the place is full of customers. They are known to sometimes give out baked goods at night, but dont bank on it since I have gone at closing before and the General Manager was there so they didnt give any. Other than that they are generally very nice.

I loved the architecture. Very open design with a patio area. I was not impressed with the staff the day I was there. They were not very friendly more interested in talking to each other. My drink a Carmel Macchiato was not very tasty either this is usually my favorite drink at Starbucks.

I have never felt such a cold, disinterested vibe from a Starbucks staff ever. No one looked up or greeted you when you approached a counter. The pretentiousness took me completely by surprise. I have no desire to come here ever again.

The layout is very open and relaxed. Tons of seating and comfortable chairs and setting all around. The staff is friendly, but not overbearing. They always have staff cleaning the tables and sweeping. A very good starbucks!

Barista had no clue how to take orders, couldnt hear, and I dont stutter... Might as well do a mobile order and skip the idiot show.. Wow, cant even make a cappuccino... That was a latte, thanks, there IS a difference

Very quaint and cozy. Standard Starbucks fare plus "reserve" offerings. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Parking can be an issue at times - small stalls and not enough for the whole center when busy.

Its a nice area but I dont know why its so cold. I have to have a warm jacket to survive it. Also I cant believe they dont have any electrical outlet... so if you forgot to charge your phone or labtop... dont do there.

Considering that this Starbucks location is in a good neighborhood its usually very nice to go there and do some studying. They serve the standard Starbucks menu but very nice ambiance. H

A different Starbucks with a whole separate bar for different coffee beverages other Starbucks dont have. Like coffee malts and a custom press espresso machine.
