I havent even gotten my coffee yet, but I already love this place. I appreciate the fact that they label how many shots are in everything, and they have drinks designed for more shots. Plus I miss having places that are open 24 hours and that have drive-throughs. But when more than that, they have great customer service and the folks who work there actually like their jobs and that enthusiasm shows. Plus they actually know the history of the company and again, they seem to like it. It was an all around a warm and fuzzy experience even before I got my "Double Trouble" (I think thats what it is called). I just took a sip of my drink, and it is too sweet and has too much caffeine, which means its basically perfect!

From my very first visit to my visit yesterday I enjoy the upbeat, friendly staff. There are two locations where I live in Woodland, CA. Open 24 hours. No matter the time I go there the order is always excellent. I dont mind a wait time in drive-thru and they have someone take your order and text it in. I read about the bunk post of multiple times waiting 20 minutes for an inferior product. Who does that? If true I wouldnt. Awesome is my say about Dutch Bros.

Great coffee! Cheaper than Starbucks ... You definitely get more bang for your buck! Drive thru is always quick, employees are always friendly. They give dog treats too if they see you have a dog in your car. They also give out free bumper stickers in the beginning of the month, and I love the simple rewards program ... Buy 10, get one free (and you dont have to use an app for it). They have never gotten my order wrong, and my drinks are always consistent.

Friendliest staff ever! So sweet. After driving across the desert from TX, this was a coffee oasis that totally lifted our moods with its great music, sunshiny window, & smiling faces. The barista was so sweet, even hook d our baby up with a "welcome to the west coast" apple juice. And you know Mama was happy to have some almond milk back in her cup :)

Just went through this dutch Bros, it was busy and my order is more than abnormal with my own almond milk. These people were awesome, smart and quick with my order, even filled up a plastic bag of ice for me for my little ice chest so I dont have to stop at another place to buy one giving me enough time to write this review ;)

The people who work behind your counter are friendly and helpful however, your syrup tastes fake and sometimes your shots seem burnt. Im not sure the amount of syrup to milk to espresso ratio is accurate because some drinks are strong some have no flavor. Good service tho, thank you.

Our drinks were not as high a quality as weve found at other Dutch Bros locations. My daughters smoothie was watery, weakly flavored. The prices were TWICE what we have paid everywhere else. Only saving grace was the friendly and efficient service by the employees.

I cant give this one five stars because that wouldnt be fair on the Davis Dutch Bros I frequent! What can I say but that the employees are always nice and I always get exactly what I ordered in a timely manner.

Horribly slow and the coffee is not very good. I have spent over 20 minutes in line multiple times for a simple coffee. It used to be fast but I dont know what happen in the last few months.

Love Dutch. Everyone there is very nice. They even provide treats for my K9 kids when I have them with me. I do go out-of-my-way to experience Dutch and its worth it. Same for Davis Dutch.
