6/21/16 Attn: Gabe & Y The following review was deleted. I left the most "important" part of it up for you and "Y " so who courageously jumped into action and spoke up when he saw me filling empty containers of water making a big deal out of the situation and involving you so now I (can) come in once a week and fill 3 or 4 containers. I want to use this time to explain something. Not including writing this review, Ive called CS many times to express my good and not good experiences @ In N Out. While most people call to complain, I make a real effort to call with compliments. I used to come into this location on average, once or twice a month and I would keep my receipt in my car so when I came in the next time I would simply hand it to the cashier and they would be 100% sure to get my order right. So that was part of the frustration when practically every time it wouldnt be right. I know you are right Im making a huge deal out of extra pickles and onions. I guess I had this bizarre notion that with bringing in the receipt, calling with both compliments and complaints for several months there might be an effort to make the burgers like I requested. rarely would this happen unless one woman who I mentioned "They never make the burgers right even when I bring in the receipts" she would leave the cash register, go back and specifically told the burger assembles how many onion slices I wanted and how many layers of pickles I wanted. I dont remember her name off hand but I will see her smiling and get her name in this review. So the point is, that a few months ago (mid-late 2015) I got so fed up with this that I get an order (burger & cheeseburger or burger & fries or burger & shake) once every few months now. I dont bother asking for extras and as the customer, I must tell you, I find this completely absurd to not see them on my food when I get it. So, Good job on being so quick to react when a customer was getting water (its free btw) and after months and months of going back to the counter and asking to have this or that put on it i gave up. Thanks again. Attn: InNOut Corp.,Mgmt./staff at the San Leandro location, Really dont want to acknowledge what a xxxxx, xxxxx job all of you @ SL do on a daily basis. The food is always xxxxxxxxx or xxxxxxxxxxx depending on how long my fries are waiting for the burgers on the pass or vica versa. Since I get the same thing everyday and to make it easier for me and the cashier, I try to bring in a past receipt, hand it to the cashier and obviously is not appreciated. I once hoped that my knowledge of INO paying a living salary for the employees work is accurate. Not sure if benefits are offered, just that many other businesses similar to INO (hate to lump INO into a category of "Fast Food") as the employees usually are not treated very well and their working conditions are less than ideal. Now, I really do not understand why I had any concern at all. In closing I just want to say that I cannot/will not go to any other business that offers this type of product/service. I am going to disregard this statement.

In-N-Out was the first thing I ate upon arriving here in California. All I can say is that the taste is great coming out of just a small number of menu items. It really depends on how hungry I am or what I feel like eating, and out of the many combinations offered and what modifications you can add to them, I usually order the double-double animal-style burger with animal fries. Or I order two animal-style fries or an animal-style fries and a root beer float. They all taste good. And every time Ive eaten at this restaurant, inside or at the drive-thru, Ive received amazing service compared to the unsmiling, ersatz politeness I find at McDonalds. In fact, I was genuinely pleased at the polite service during one visit, I gave the restaurant a tip, or rather a donation (In-N-Outs term for a tip). Busy or just opening, I always receive friendly service. The service is also well-reflected in the food quality, since satisfied and happy employees would feel compelled to prepare the best quality burger..

The problem I have was the girl who was outside to take the order She was kind mean and didnt have the time for me or help me make the correct choice She was in rush with me. She said in her own words make the right choice aggressively while I was trying to explain to her what I need. I ended choosing number one and two. But when I got to the window to pay. The guy was friendly and the girl who handed me the food was fantastic. She even asked me how am doing before handing me the food.

This place is a little bit below average when compared to other places in the In-N-Out franchise. They have gotten my order wrong a few times before, and have forgotten the custom orders on my sandwiches and fries. Otherwise the food is as usual very good for a fast food burger. Though they are very very popular, so you should expect to wait about 15-20 minutes for your food due to the demand. Drive-thru is faster for some reason.

This place is ALWAYS packed, but thats because it is delicious. I love the burgers here. The fries in my opinion are the best fast food fries around, besides the seasoned wing stop fries. They are crispy on the outside and not too soft on the inside. They do take awhile to make the orders, defining its "fast food" category... but thats because they dont pre-make everything and put them under heat laps/drawers.

I love me some In N Out Burger. Its the best. I am so thankful for the only Oakland location which quickly moves lines. Though it maybe crowded at times, it is definitely worth it the wait. The burgers are hot, the fries are fantastic and everyone loves their milkshakes. Go support Oakland.. Oh and its super close to the Coliseum where we have concerts, events and games...Keep it up Oakland!!

Brian Snow was working on clearing tables and did a fantastic job. He was kind and polite and wouldnt accept a tip so we decided this would be second best! He came over and cleared everything from our table after we had finished eating and even offered to get us a bag for our left overs! He went over and above with costumer service and made me want to come back! It was a great experience!

Gotta love In-n-Out! Simple restaurant with a simple menu, but a California staple. Because of this, usually pretty packed. You have to go if you have never been. Fresh ingredients, yummy food. If you are feeling adventurous, look up the secret menu online and ask for a "double-double animal style with chopped chilis & a neapolitan shake!"

Son comida rápida, pero para mi gusto son las mejores dentro de su categoría, la carne es de excelente sabor y calidad, además las papas son naturales.
