I love eating at Kenzo. Ive been to Kenzo a few times for all-you-can-eat sushi. The rolls are delicious. The variety of rolls is great, I always feel like I never have to eat the same roll twice. Beautifully presented and creative combos. The quality of the fish is decent but not outstanding in my opinion, but all very fresh. The nigiri is generous with the fish, this is especially welcome for all-you-can-eat dining because you arent filling up on rice. The monkey brain rules! This tempura fried brain is part crab mixture, with a frontal lobe of avocado, and a medulla of spicy tuna. This unique and creative concoction is one of my favorite things on the menu. I also recommend the cooked eel. The octopus was good and fun too, although some of those baby octopus have really big heads -- which is strange for me to eat, but that isnt any reflection on Kenzo, I think. The way all-you-can-eat works is you mark a laminated menu with a marker, and they bring your sushi in several batches. It isnt unusual for them to be missing items from your order.. based on my experience. Its annoying, but since its all-you-can-eat, theyll just get it for you after. The service is friendly but can be slow. The way things work here, if you fail to finish anything you ordered during all-you-can-eat sushi, you have to pay full price for it. This is how they control greedy orders. Overall I love Kenzo, but I do think the dinner price for all-you-can-eat is a bit high, this keeps dinner at Kenzo something rare instead of regular, I tend to go for lunch instead. I do appreciate the yummy and creative menu.

This place has so many variety of great food. Overall, "Service is past poor" I understand that they can become extremely busy, but that gives them no right to refuse service just because they feel overwhelmed.I called over 15 times to place an order but, the line was busy the entire time. So i walked into the store to place an order, same time still calling. Asked the Woman was there a problem with the phone she said no... So i saw her reached for the phone and hung it up playing it off like i didnt see that. Point is, if they dont want take out orders, why have a phone line for take out? Not only did this happened once, but twice. Funny thing is the workers dont realize people pay attention to what they are doing. How does management handle this type of behavior? Another thing, i saw a boy walking in with two girls. As others were patiently waiting, they went and took a seat before everyone who had waited for so long. Now the boy went to the back and asked the workers to serve him all the foods for him and these two girls. He was walking in an out of of that kitchen getting all the free items he could get his hands on for his group. Now while others were waiting 45 min to over an hour, how does this management accept this type of service given to the public? Horrible service! "This place forgets that if their were no customers, they wouldnt be standing"

First and last time ever coming here. Food was decent and service was pretty nice as well. My coworkers and I arrived an hour before closing on a Wednesday night and had to wait about a half hour to be seated. Eventually we were seated but shortly after it was already the last call for the "all you can eat" option. So we made one big order to try and make it worth while. Now this is where my 2 stars come in. I can clearly understand that everyone just wants to go home and relax after a long day of work, but it surely does not mean stare down your customers for staying after hours. I was completely sure that a male walking around was the manager but his presence began to make me feel uncomfortable. He would always look at our table as he passes by constantly but the moment he took a seat he had his arms crossed and continuously kept staring at us. The time limit for staying in the restaurant is 2 hours as clearly stated on a piece of printed paper on a wall. So yes our time ran out and as I looked up he pointed as his watch and still had his arms crossed. My coworkers and I then agreed to leave, pay for the left overs, and to never come back ever again. Long story short: Decent food, great customer service, unprofessional management.

Officially done with ever eating at Kenzo Sushi! The waitress walked my girlfriend and me all the way to back of the restaurant; passing all the other open booths along the way. Then showed us our table, which is the only table in the restaurant. When we asked if we can sit in a booth, the waitress said "OH YOULL FIT THERE?" We were shocked! We are big, but not that big to where we cant sit in a booth!! Weve been going here for quite some time, and never had this happen before. It was extremely rude and offensive. Not only was it offensive, but also embarrassing. All their other customers were sitting towards the front of the restaurant, and to be taken to the back where NO ONE else was sitting. Sure does make you feel welcomed to a place like this. It seems the service, as well as the food quality, have been declining more so. I have read plenty of other reviews of similar service given here. They really need to change how they treat people at this restaurant, because it is not right.

Ive eaten off and on at Kenzo since they opened...at the start, the quality was top notch, and while the service may have suffered due to crowding as its popularity grew, it kept the high standards of the rolls and as such, became a reliable sushi place. Then...something happened. Quality has gone horribly bad. We ate there tonight and not only did the rolls take forever, far longer than normal, even at full load on the restaurant, but the quality was horrible. Deep fried rolls that were still cold in the center and without the coating on them being cooked all the way through, sushi rolls that were just completely and horribly mashed, baked rolls that theyve decided to stop baking and instead just take a torch to the top of them to make them looked baked... My housemates told me that this place has a new manager and that seems to be when everything went downhill. I will mourn the loss of the old Kenzo, for it was an AWESOME place...the current Kenzo is not worth going to.

THE WORST RESTAURANT EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! This place is your worst nightmare if you love sushi. The sushi was watery and tasted really bad. we waited at the door for literally more than 5 min and no one was there to sit us to even put us on the wait list, we were just standing there and wondering what we should do. finally I had to approach someone who was working there and asked him to find us a table! the food smelled so bad. the chicken in your noodle was terrible. We basically choose this place because of the good rate they had on yelp! I dont know if those reviews are fake or what! this was the first time in my life that I ordered three different foods and they tasted and smelled so bad that I couldnt eat anything!!!!! we ended up paying $40 and eating nothing! do yourself a favor and find another place.
