Ive seen this place many times when heading up Stockton St, but it always looked sort of scary in its dirty little corner near the tunnel next to the happy ending place. This definitely falls into the "dont judge a book by its cover" category. I got a chicken super burrito without sour cream. Once I sunk my teeth into it, I couldnt believe I didnt discover this place sooner. The whole thing was juicy and delicious--I mean juicy rather than greasy...and I do mean delicious. Chopped onions, melted cheese, succulent chicken, delicious white rice, and a bunch of other stuff. Ive never had such a juicy burrito, and it was perfect. Nice, hefty size too. The guy at the register was friendly too. Ill be coming back here all the time.

I was so close to going to Chipotle today with two friends until we decided to ask a guy protesting Chipotle outside where he recommended, and he said this place, so we went. We immediately liked it. Chill, and not too crowded. Small but bright space. Its not fancy or anything, but was perfect for a low key, but filling and delicious meal. Staff were very nice, and the food came quickly. A good meal, not too much, but didnt leave us wishing they were bigger portions at all. Super happy with it, I will very probably be back. :) Thanks Angry Protestor!

Great food and even better I got to watch the employees discreetly take care of a recovering addict by giving him the dignity to purchase food with whatever he had. After meeting the gentlemen it was evident that the owner of this place really helped him get off of crack. Please support this restaurant as I personally watched the workers there set a great example as it was clear this isnt the first time theyve helped this man out and potentially others.

Found this hole in the wall space while using the explore function on Google Maps - never would have seen it otherwise! I was in SF for a conference and wanted some local food and this place did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and once they learned this was my first time and I was from out of town, they were even warmer and helped me pick my meal! The guac was excellent, though the chips were a little stale. Chicken tacos were very good!

When we walked in, we really didnt know what to expect. The placed seemed a little small but the paintings on the wall were interesting. The staff was really nice and kind. This also helps if you speak Spanish as well. The food was decent. Wasnt anything spectacular or nasty. The prices were okay as well for how much portion size you get. Just be prepared to stand around if you get there around lunch hour. The seating is rather limited.

Taqueria Mana is not clean. All the tables had bits of food/salsa on them. Super chicken burrito cost $9.75 does NOT come with chips/salsa. Burrito was decent size, but the rice/beans tasted really old, not fresh at all. Difficult to taste the chicken because of the stale flavor from the rice/beans. Not much chicken meat, mostly rice and beans. Overall not a good value/experience. I do not recommend Taqueria Mana

A very awesome place serving delicious Mexican food. My friend (a Mexican) really enjoyed thier shrimp burritoes. I love this place because it is close to the union square and the Hyatt building where I attended a conference. Plus, the food amount is large and the prize is reasonable. Foods taste great! The taqueria is not big so keep an eye on your left when you walk towards the tunnel.

I stopped by this Mexican Restaurant and really enjoyed the food. I had a pork burrito. It was very good. Its definitely a hole in the wall kind of place but like many, it has good food. I would recommend this to anyone who wants good Mexican food. The workers were very pleasant. I only wish they had fountain sodas rather than just cans and bottles.

Mana Burger... BEST THING what happened to my mouth and stomach in this year. Most of the times Im kinda cheap, but I went back to the counter and gave them +50% as tip. Awesome. For real, I barely can write it down how good it was. Really cool guys, cool place, 5/5, Im going to visit it again thats for sure

This is actually what Mexicans call a cenaduria with the additional breakfast option (huevos rancheros, chorizos con huevos). Lots of different dishes (sopes, chilaquiles, chimichanga etc. etc.) and of course tacos, good ones!

Wow... such delicious food. Great little things like the crunch on the tortilla or how long they cook the lingua. Amazing food and an unassuming place. Would visit again any time we come to SF.

The people there are very nice but I have to say this is probably the worst Mecican food ive ever ate. It had zero taste and the pork was dry and had chunks of fat in it. Im very disappointed.

Most legit hole-in-the-wall Mexican food in this area. Hard to know about because its tucked away in a corner at the bottom of Stockton tunnel. Good prices for humongous sized burritos.
