Okay, great coffee, nice atmosphere to hang out. I always like to support smaller local business in my town. However the reason, I am only giving them 3 star is because there service is very very very slow. Slow doesnt justify how slow there service is. It doesnt matter if you go in if no one is in line or if there is a line, it still takes them at least 15-20 minutes to get an order ready. Even if the order is just a plain muffin and a cup regular coffee. I just recently started a new job and can no longer wait in very slow line to just get a cup of coffee. Also I think just a coffee is way over priced. I think they really need to do a training especially with starting with the managers how to work better and multi-task. At times I feel like no one there really cares about giving great customer service. At times I have been there and no one is in line and still I see them wiping things and putting away or even communicating with each other, while I am just standing and staring at the walls and feels like forever and then someone comes to take and order, customer service should be first, or hire more people, I mean the coffee is pretty expensive. Unless I have an hour to kill, I will no longer be getting my coffee here. Sorry guys.

I rarely do this, but wanted to communicate respectfully that the Klatch To-Go food service is consistently terrible, with little apology for their disrespectfully late "ready" times. I work for an organization that loves to order from there, but the Klatch have over-promised and under-delivered the last three times, of which we have been gracious enough to keep going back. We called in at 8:50am, and the manager said theyd have our order of three sandwiches and three salads done in 20 minutes. We knew from past experience that that means I should be there for pick up not at 9:10am, but 9:45am. So I did. I showed up already "late" at 9:45am. They had not even completed the salads. I walked out of The Klatch at 10:28 with my order! OVER AN HOUR past what they had deemed the "ready" pick up time! I rarely do this, but decided to kindly make the manager aware that I had been waiting for 45 minutes for three salads to be made, when our original time to pick it up was even earlier and she replied, "well, we had a rush and it would be best to order the night before for large orders" - Not acceptable. We just paid $75 for this and thats not worth our time or money. Sorry, Klatch. We will no longer be giving you our business.

We went in not expecting much from the place. All we wanted was a cup of coffee, but the place turned out to be a complete surprise. Located in a relatively quiet commercial complex (considering it has Target, Trader Joes, Ross etc.) what seemed like a slow coffee shop from the outside turned out to be completely the opposite the moment we walked in. On a Sunday afternoon around 3.00 PM, almost all the chairs were taken , the place was packed, noisy and busy to the extent that we had to move around to make way for others coming into the waiting area for the coffee pickup. Most of the customers seemed like students and younger folks working on their laptops. The coffee was good but seemed just a tad pricey. Worth it if you are a coffee connoisseur. If you are looking to get some reading done, work on a project or simply need some caffeine, this may not be the best place for you. All in all a 4 rating. Minus one for the noisy and crowded environment and the overall price of the coffee.

Price: slightly cheaper than Starbucks. Atmosphere: mellow during day, energetic (sometimes) at night but still peaceful enough to get your study on! Service: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Staff are trained baristas who can make a mean espresso! Value: Anyone looking to get away from the mainstream coffee joints should give this place a try. Their coffee is fantastic. They dont have burnt coffee beans that need a ton of creamer and sugar to mask poor quality. The prices are slightly cheaper than Starbucks and for the quality of coffee, you are getting a great deal. Anyone who thinks theyve had a great tasting espresso, latte, or cappuccino needs to come hear to get their taste buds evaluated!

Bought an ice brew coffee and friend got a ice latte. It was OK, Ive had better at Starbucks and at home. The cold brew coffee had a bitter almost herbal taste to it as if it sat too long brewing or a brew from a few days ago but Ive also had worst. Time to time I cold brew coffee at home and it normally tastes much better. Nice place to sit and drink some coffee, catch up with friends or just read a book. Ill give this place another chance due to the high reviews on another popular review site/app as it might just been an off day for the barista. Recommended as a possible alternative to Starbucks.

Coffee Klatch is a nice little coffee shop in San Dimas. In addition to coffee, they also have sandwiches and bakerd goods. I have tried their Catalina sandwich and that was pretty good. I liked that it did not feel like a heavy meal, but I still left very satisfied. I loved the sauce that came with the sandwich so I would order that on the side as well. Ive tried the mexican mocha latte and that was good. I also tried their patio special, but that was just way too sweet for me. I would come back to try their espresso shots!

I tried the Creme brulee at Klatch. I give it 2 stars only for the ambiance. Waaaaaaay too sweet and not that great like all the raving reviews. I may give them another try with a different drink though just to see if theres something good here. If youre ever in the LA area, try Paradocs Coffee in Little Ethiopia. ALWAYS done right and the owners are super kind and the place is quaint and quiet and unassuming. They will make it just the way you like it and excellent customer service.

This is one of the top coffee roasters in SoCal. Their whole beans are generally excellent, fair pricing and a broad selection. The equal of the better known roasters like Blue Bottle, Stumptown, Intelligentsia and others. Buy their whole beans and compare to your favorite. Decent sandwiches, salads and pastries. Excellent selection of single brews as well as lattes, cappuccinos, and some blended drinks.

This is one of those places that makes you want to move to the area. We had nothing but great coffee and desserts everyday of our week-long vacation to the area. Real care put into each drink, and the seasonal coffee offerings, while not always to my taste, were always interesting.
