I wont even give this resturent1/4 star. Iwent there for dinner buffet with my husband and his friend.we start with appetizer and our friend had cauliflower salad and indian style tempura and piece of tandooei chciken. He was juat half done and find out hair twice in his plate and we all start feel sick to stomuch. We thought not to creste any scene and just told the manager quietly to come over to our table,so that we can tell him what happend and should techincally change the food. This manager did not came to our table ,he tried to avoid us and then my husband called him again on table. Ok now he was there, so we told him that we found hair in food and we showed him that hair which we put on white tissue and food contents sticked to it. This guy was so gross he asked us to show more hair in food and then supergross, he toched that hair and said hair doesnt belong to his staff. What an stupid excuse . I want to know is it all his cheff and workers work in his kitchen are bald people. Rather than apologing and be gentle with issue he behaves like a maniac. I have never written any reviews and this experience really forced me to write it.Also too add staff is reallly inattentive. We have indian food @ many different resturent some good somewhere bad, but never experienced this kind of behaviour by resturent staff.

My wife and I had the misfortune of selecting this Indian restaurant tonight and I felt obligated to inform potential diners as to why they should avoid this joint like the black plague ... Upon our entry the sight of the $11.99 all you can eat buffet (maybe if I was 18 broke and very intoxicated) should have scared us out of there but since my two year old daughter was already tired I tried to remain positive and ordered from the a la carte menu. After a serving of cold and tasteless appetizers the main courses we selected arrived and unfortunately they were not better enough to salvage the night. Truely a 3rd rate restaurant with mediocre service staff to boot. At the end of the meal when I asked the one and only server in the place to put our leftovers in containers (not to eat but to give to the homeless close by) she left the containers on the table and walked off.

My boyfriend and I were on an Indian food crave for a bit and lucky us we had a groupon type certificate for Tandoori hut. We were excited that it was close by and from reading reviews on yelp of how good they were. Went here on a busy Friday night for their all you can eat buffet. About $10 each person. Pretty good for an all you can eat place. We came here right before the mad traffic of people. And because of that we were able to secure a table and enjoy. I am a big fan of their garlic naan, mango lassi, vegetable korma and chicken tikka. All had such good flavors. The only thing is that dining here (maybe only because they are new) is that they are understaffed. So dont be surprised that seating you may take a bit longer.

This place is great and I eat here often. The buffet is well selected (although they seem to be always close to running out of the rice, which seems odd, not sure whats up with this). When friends who dont know Indian food, I take them here and they all love it. This food makes me feel one step closer to Nirvana, which is a sign of good Indian food. For those of you who have eaten lots of Indian food, you know this to be true and a mark of a good place! Its my understanding the owner of this place also owns Tandoori Chef in La Jolla, which I just had the other day and was great too. Highly recommended if you are in that area as well. Both places are great!

I do like this place. Food is not spicy hot, but spicy flavorful. The prices are 9.99 in the day and 12.99 in the evening. 11:30 am to 3:30pm in the afternoon and 6 pm to 9 pm close in the evening. It is one of the rarest restaurants with a dinner buffet. Extra naan is 2.50 and drinks are extra as well. There is a separate menu with things not offered in the buffet as well. They do take a while to set up sometimes so dont get there too early. Not sure if they are Muslim or Christian, but beef does come up in the buffet. And they have a few limited beef items on the menu. The cooks are Mexican.

Vegetarians beware of the buffet! Its an average Indian buffet place, with pretty limited options for vegetarians. The curries didnt seem as fresh and tasted okay. The bread (naan) was hot and fresh though. And deserts were pretty good! Service isnt that great. Anything you request - even a second bread, or a veggie option for the rice, is all extra cost (yes, it was supposed to be an all-you-can-eat buffet). They were less accommodating and a little rude - ruining the overall dining experience. Below average on cleanliness and ambience.

A lunch buffet for $8.99 (and for dinner is $11.99) isnt a bad deal at all. This is the place to go when you are hungry, you can just grab your laid out food. They have also have good service. The buffet selections comes with curries (chicken, and even goat), veggies and also comes with a side of naan bread (plain or garlic). You can ask for their menu when you dont feel like eating their buffet.

Real good buffet. It was cold one time, but just one time. Worst part is that at the end when you pay with card they turn this iPad around and suprise with hey you gonna tip there pal and they watch you the whole time. But its like, why am I tipping at a buffet? I got the food myself yknow and there was no table service.

I am a fairly regular (1x-2x a month) customer here. Lately, the food and service quality of this restaurant is lacking. Food is ok. Service is bad to worse - tonight for dinner, we did not receive our 2nd order of bread that comes along with the buffet order despite asking for it twice.

Fresh and delicious Indian comfort food. Best Ive had since Brick Lane in London. You know the food is great, when Brits and Indian folks come in. If you have no idea what youre looking to eat on the menu, try the buffet. $11.99 for dinner and great naan bread, you cant beat it.

They make the naan just for you, plain or garlic. Self-serve fountain drinks, with the buffet. The buffet is limited, as critics have pointed out, but you can order off of their full menu during buffet times. There are lots of vegetarian, and some vegan, options.

I really love eating here!, it is a nice place I love the music and the atmosphere between the light and the decoration, it is always clean and the food it´s delicious. The buffet bar is a little uncomfortable to access especially to the bottom dishes.
