Good coffee, but unfriendly, lifeless staff. Ive been to the Novato, Ignacio location twice this week. The blond girl working the register hasnt once said thank you to me, despite giving her a tip the first time she took my order. Today, all she said to me was "heres your change". When I handed her my own tumbler she started to stick her nose in it? Then when my drink was ready, she just set it on the counter and walked away. Note to service employees, if you cant muster a half smile, or say thank you to your customers, youre in the wrong line of employment.

BEWARE of scalding hot coffee: espresso machine here is inconsistent. I was given a mocha that was beyond scalding, and even my first careful sip completely burned my mouth. Unfortunately this place used to have more consistent drinks a few months back, and Id been coming regularly.

This is the unofficial town hall of San Anselmo. Super nice people take care of the crowd, the whole town stops by at some point during the week, the odd band plays on the weekend, good options in the kitchen, and they serve up a damn fine cup of Joe.

large and plenty of seats.Greatlocation center of town. wrap around the corner outside seating. slightly funky super friendly and everybody knows your order and your name. Primo people watching and get all the scoop from the locals.

Come for the coffee and people watching! Good selections of coffee drinks and decent choices for breakfast and lunch. Very friendly and laid back staff thats always eager to please. Hang out and chill- no attitudes here.

the staff was so pleasant through a rush, and when one of the staff came out to seat a visually challenged patron, it was touching... the little sparrow that snuck in for crumbs was hilarious... great morning coffee scene

By far the best coffee Ive had in weeks. Neither Starbucks or Peets hold a candle to the cup of nirvana I got here. Bonus points for throwing in a free cup of joe for buying a bag of beans. That croissant though... yum.

The beautiful barista/cashier was so nice and the music was "Sail" by Awolnation. The whole time I was in there I was just awed by how wonderful everything was! Amazing place that I recommend to everyone!!

Mostly it is the neighborhood. If i could afford to live here, I would. Since I am a poor Chicano living on the margins I can only sip my coffeee and imagine it. A very nuice place indeed.

Expensive. Loud music, hard to hear yourself think. Crowded. Seems to be more of a status place than anything else. Lots of better places to go around town

Live music on weekends is first rate. Lattes are the best in the county. This has been my spot for coffee since they opened.
