Its my fiancés birthday tomorrow and she received a birthday coupon. So we go in to use our buy one get one free and when scanning the coupon they realized it was for a different store and did not honor it. So we paid for both and left. When we got to the car we realized they didnt even say happy birthday.. What happened to a sense of community, how have our neighborhood ice-cream stores become so corporate they will not honor a birthday coupon. They said they do have a birthday coupon , we just didnt have the one for the right store. I know that when we tip they all sing, what happened to being happy when someone goes there for their birthday. Its pretty sad that whatever the store or corporate policy is, tips should be celebrated and someone going there for the experience is not. We will definitely think about where we go before we get ice cream again. Just thought I should share my experience.

This place is horrible. Dont bother ordering any of their "hot plate" desserts or an ice cream sundae -- theyll tell you to wait then leave you waiting while they server other customers for 45+ minutes after taking your money (and literally forget about you). Plus, they dont even know what an ice cream sundae is. But the real kicker is that they "manually enter" every price and wont give you a real receipt... Why was I charged $20 for 3 ice creams without mix-ins? They cant explain it!

I can honestly say this place had the best ice cream ever. One of best things I tried while visiting Sacramento. I had some lavender flavor it was so good and the perfect a pig of sweetness. The service was great and I loved the decor and atmosphere. It was a tad pricey but worth ever penny.

Always friendly. Plus its ice cream. How can you not like ice cream. Generally have a few monthly specials to try out. If you tip them, they sing for you.

Its always busy here. Hubby is a ice cream nut so we are always here ready to hear them sing. Lines are always out the door.
