Came to grab some ice cream as it looked very delicious from out side, as soon as I walked in it is very obvious that teenage girls work there without any management, ghetto music blasting to the max that will make you not sit there for more than 5 mins. And ice cream was good.. Dont grab the waffle baskets.. They are very old and hard to chew on.

Sign says they open at noon. At 12:15, a young lady finally opened the door, but only to drag tables and chairs out to set up outside. Once done, she walked back in, closing the door behind her, never once even acknowledging the customers who were standing outside waiting. No thanks. Well take our business elsewhere.

Helpful employees but SUPER expensive! My 3yo had 1 very small scoop with sprinkles on top and I was still charged the $4.50ish. $16 for 3 icecreams is ridiculous! We will go up the street another mile to the frozen yogurt shop and mix in our own toppings. Such a bummer because the flavors are good.

Friendly staff but highly unorganized. We were told we can pay for our birthday cake when we pick it up. We stopped in store 2 times to confirm flavors and received a phone call a week in advance. When we arrived to pick up the cake for the party it was not built. Our schedule was completely ruined.

Do not like how online it says they are open until 10pm when their door says they are open until 9:30pm. I went there around 9:40 assuming they were open until 10pm to be let down to know they are closed. Previously before they were out of brownie which is my favorite part.

They said they open at 12 but really they open till 12:15 I was there with my kids waited outside and when we went inside she didnt know what she was doing.... plus her attitudes was garbage very disrespectful ice cream is good ish.... I will never go back....

Its a nice place, not sure why people are raging about the whole entire it says 12, yet 12:15. People have a life too. It is a little pricey, yet the service is nice and so is the ice cream. A great treat on a summer day.
