I liked the decor and the coziness of the place. I also thought the food was good, however, if you are in a hurry or have a short lunch break, this may not be the place for you. The service was pretty slow and there were only two other individuals there and they had already been served. The young lady and young man working were very pleasant but either the management does not communicate with their employees or they are not very competent (and I hate to say that as they were exceedingly nice). We ordered the soup and sandwich with the soup (Spicy Thai) and turkey. We sat down and a moment later, the young lady told us they only had Tomato Bisque. We indicated that was fine and THEN she said they didnt have any turkey!!! Amazing!! We asked what sandwich they did have since there was several on the menu board and she told us ham and we agreed to that. The soup and the sandwich was very good and we were not distressed but not sure what kind of business could stay healthy with such practices!! Geez, isnt turkey a pretty common sandwich!

Really superior service and not crowded around lunch time. A little expensive though.. I would recommend the sandwich over the wrap if you are considering.

Friendly service, but iced latte was extremely bitter and pastry was hard as a rock. Couldnt eat either.
