Have been going here about 5 years now. Love the sandwiches Hate the lack of customer service. If Im paying almost 20 bucks for 2 sandwiches, I would appreciate if they were made correctly the past two times Ive ordered had gotten attitude from a young lady over phone. When I called to give them a heads up she pretty much said I ordered my sandwich wrong and would not be remaking it. Did end up getting a refund after some confrontation but still made my sandwich wrong.

The food is always fresh AND delicious. To be honest, I dont think I had something I didnt enjoy. The half sandwich and salad combo is huge. $10.00 out the door gets you a half sandwich (the size of a whole sandwich), side salad with dressing and bread (to eat with the salad). YUM! The employees are sweet and kind. Its nice to see people happy at work.

I ordered 3 loaves of a specialty bread from them two days ago and gave them my name and number. I went to pick up the bread but the baker never baked them.They never had the courtesy to call me! It was for a very important event and now I am stuck. Their excuse was that there were no eggs!! It is a great place but I am never ordering from them again.

While their bread is absolutely amazing, I was disappointed by the price. I feel for $10 a drink should really come with it. I am basing this off competitive businesses in the area that serve similar food. Yes, the sandwich was good and the bread is truly amazing. In the future, I may come here just got buy bread.

Their sandwiches are fresh and big enough for two meals. They have so many different kinds of breads that are baked fresh. My favorites are the asiago sourdough and incredibly soft French. The pastrami is excellent and so is the mozzarella tomato basil balsamic.

Great good, excellent service and great selection. This is the place to go if you like fresh made Brads And rolls on site. The soups are excellent and the Portions are hearty. This is the place to go if your hungry in mid town!

While the sandwiches wont win any creativity awards, its all about the amazing bread you have as a part of it. They allow you to use any of their in house baked breads for your sandwich, my favorite is the sourdough baguette.

Stopped by here on way to climbing competition at Pipeworks. Freshly baked breads that are sliced to order. We ordered 5 different sandwhiches and each was a winner. Will definitely be back next time I am in downtown Sac.

I was in this part of Sacramento for training and had lunch at the Bread Store both days. Great sandwiches (the tomato and mozzarella was fantastic) and a nice mellow atmosphere was just what I was looking for.

Great danishes and cinnamon rolls. I didnt know they didnt take credit card and was short a couple dollars, but they told me not to worry about. Didnt get to try their sandwiches, but have heard theyre amazing.

Cant get much fresher then this. Buy the loaf and theyll slice it up for you. Ill never but another simi fresh bag of bread again.... I had no idea how short changed I was being in the Safeway bakery.
