This is a tasty sandwich shop. The staff is really friendly, there are a lot of places to sit, and there are about 9 TVs playing some kind of sport. My family and I head here before a movie at Cinelux Tennant 11. Food: 5/5 Decor: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Update: Moved it down to 4 stars because 2/3 of my sandwiches werent made right (with a max of 3 ingredients being on the sandwich). They were also out of most sodas and water. The Safeway is a 2 minute walk, why not buy some extra soda or water for those who dont drink beer and caffeinated sodas?

We were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait for our sandwiches though there were only two parties in front of us. When I asked for tuna, I was told they just ran out! On a Saturday at noon surely there could be more staff to ensure customers dont have to wait 20-30 minutes and that tuna is made when they "run out." I think they were more concerned with take out orders than helping those of us that bothered to come into the restaurant..bad choice. Our group walked down to Safeway and got custom sandwiches in minutes.

The tuna sandwich I ordered tasted like they opened a can and dumped it on the bread and then put slice of tomato and lettuce and onion on it--very dry and lousy; husbands roast beef tasted old and flavorless; neither of us finished our sandwiches and left very disappointed after spending $28 for lunch that we could only eat bagged chips and drink sodas! very disappointing.

Food is good, on the rare occasion that they actually get your order right. I even got a card for a free sandwich when they messed mine up, but even my replacement sandwich was wrong. I like the food, but I usually have to decide if its worth not getting what I actually ordered.

Horrible, the over priced sandwich was under portioned, missing condements, like thousand island on the Malibu hot pastrami...duh. and not to mention stale bread, w/o garlic....as advertised. $30 later. Not going back.

Decent value for sandwiches and salads, which are good. Service has been slow and spotty each of my visits. Ive had them take over twenty minutes to complete a couple of sandwiches and salads, during a slow period.

Some of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten!! Love this place! If youre a meat eater try the high tide!! Amazing! Great friendly staff! Killer hand crafted sandwiches!

The food is very good but this place is severely understaffed all the time. Its worth the wait when killing time before a movie; but if you want a quick lunch...good luck!
