Pros: Good Customer Service, Friendly Environment, Natural Ingredients Cons: Overpriced, Taste Underwhelming, Low Variety Went in to buy some cookies for the family and to support a small local business. The customer service was solid, and the two employees there were kind and courteous. While they have good customer service and a friendly atmosphere, there weakness is in there prices. Their standard cookies are fairly large, but their price is excessively high, $3.49 for one standard chocolate chip cookie. They did have a relatively decent variety of cookies, from brownie to double chocolate, but the prices are a turn off. I ended up getting four small chocolate chip cookies for $8 ($2 each). Even after eating the cookies, I still wasnt impressed by the taste. I could go to my local super market and buy over three dozen small chocolate chip cookies for less than the price I paid for four at the shop. If there is one thing this shop has as unique however, it is in its use of "all natural ingredients" (as I was told to the cashier) and specialty deserts; they do serve some good sized ice cream cookie sandwiches if you are into those. Overall this store has potential for having recently opened up, but it has work to do in its pricing, food quality, and variety.

Their cookies taste a little bit like youre eating a health food. They cost a little over $2, a cookie which I would be completely fine with if they were delicious. Instead theyre a little bit on the sawdustie side. Dont get me wrong I am a health-conscious person; but thats not what Im looking for in a cookie. I was expecting something that would be a bit more like the cookies sold at Insomnia Cookies, in the East Village. Insomnia Cookies sells a high quality homemade cookie with no pretenses.

Customer service was subpar...basically the dude was just standing there until we paid. Didnt point out napkins or ask if we needed any drinks to go with the cookies. The cookies were tasty, but definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! I took my 2 kiddos and ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and a cookie monster (?) equalled over $8! I can make soooo many cookies at home for that price... Dont waste your time unless you like giving your money away.

Nice large treats, but pricey. They only sell a small selection of baked goods like cookies and brownies. The variety is nice. Rewards program nets $5 off after $25 spent. They definitely need some smaller cookies at a lesser price for little kids. Like at 6 pack of one bite cookies for a couple bucks. My little ones would like that. These big cookies are for the grown ups.

Baked super fresh, lite and yummy, like the name says! High quality ingredients keep me coming back. Store is clean and nicely done! Ill pay more for the quality. Depends on what you like, cookies with coffee, (Or donuts, ugh)

Just had a bite of my wifes coffee cookie. Yum. Just ate half of a macademia nut cookie. Yum. I hear theyre expensive, but my sister-in-law didnt charge me because she cool like that.

These cookies are special. Yes, on the pricy side but I really appreciate the natural ingredients. I enjoy that they dont taste overly sweet. They are soft and cake-like. Yum!

Cookies are great, they only use natural and organic ingredients which is really nice. Reasonably priced for the quality you are getting. Best Cookie place I have visited!
