Daniella the general manager was very unprofessional during my visit and rude. I was in drive thru she snatched the card out of my hand and force it back into my hand, my tater tots were upside down and had spilled all over the bag, when I asked for something she replied with what do you want with attitude. Upon leaving I brought it to her attention she cut me off mid sentence told me goodbye and slammed the drive thru window.

Worst service ever purchased food thru drive thru and I had to use restroom and I was denied restroom use because Im not a customer ,when I was I had to pay 25 cent to use restroom on top of that restroom was super dirty tissue all over ,no soap ,dirty floor , honestly they need a better manager the manager that was there present when that happen her name is Selena 4:57pm Friday 8/17 I should sue this place

Daniella is a Burger King Representative who is not providing any service. I ask for mayonnaise. I was told packets only. I really feel bad for those employees who have to constantly open mayonnaise packets every time a Whopper or chicken sandwich is ordered. That must be a huge waste of time. I guess The old Burger king moto Have it your way, has changed. It is now do it yourself your way.

i bought 2 whopper combo meals today... fries is what ud expect from fast food chains but whopper was the worst ive had, no flavor, even big mac is 10x better... customer service is unfriendly; I asked for bbq sauce and the girl gave me one (i ordered 2 meals). i had to ask for sauce and she still only gives me one, seriously.. i guess thats my last visit.

I recommend maybe the next burger king location that pops up as an option on maps. I would never visit this location again. From the appearance and the employee friendliness to their weirdo customers. Lol... Oh and the food was not great for anyone

This Burger King is weird ! The french fries here is different from all other Burger Kings Ive tried, and it doesnt taste that good, its expensive : one large fry is 2.59$, but about same amount as medium fry of MacDonalds !

Not enough people working here and cashier have to work inside the kitchen in order to finish the order(s) quick. I was here on Monday afternoon, although there wasnt a line but have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

Today around 10:30pm i went thru the drive thru and it was okay but service wasnt so great rude customer service and i got the 5 for 4 and didnt get bacon in a bacon cheeseburger haha i dont think im coming again

You have to pay to use the bathroom. ANd You think it would be clean pee all over the toilet the whole bathroom was nasty we asked for cheese and there was none. JUst wasnt good
