Let me just say that I have not been able to actually try this restaurant. I just called to order a pizza for pick up under one of their specials (Took a screen shot but Yelp will not allow me to upload the pic). It does not specify that their large carry out pizza special for $10.99 is for Tuesday only. The ad clearly depicts a two for $49 every Tuesday, however, but nothing for the pizza. I informed them that their website is therefore misleading. They refused to honor the deal (was looking to order 2 or 3 of these specials on a Monday) so, guess I will take my business elsewhere. Too bad, as they had good reviews for their food, but anyone who will not honor a promotion that is on their website and does not clearly state there are certain days it can be used is not a very upstanding or professional business in my opinion. I am in the customer service industry myself, so I know a bit about honoring an advertisement.

Been looking forward to Primos for a while now, and we finally pulled the trigger last night. My wife and I split the Pasta Toscana, without any meats, and it was actually pretty bland. This is the reason for the 4 stars. But, we have a three year old, and while they didnt have mac and cheese, which is what our kid was craving, our server (Shannon) said they could make it for us. Very cool! Good beer selection too. I had the Firestone DBA on draft, and next time well give the pizza a go. Will definitely be back, and will recommend to friends. Give it a try!

Horrible horrible customer service and owners!!!! I am staying at a hotel due to construction on my home. Was soooo looking forward to Primos tonight. Called, placed the order, then he tells me the owner says "we dont deliver to hotels" WTF really? I asked to speak to the owner and he was to busy to speak to me. I will NEVER EVER eat here again!!!!! Horrible customer service regardless of how good or for that matter how bad the food is!!!!!

Best pizza around if you like thicker sourdough style pizza. Havent tried the thin. Good ranch dressing for crust dipping. Best burgers in Placer County. Great fries. Knots are a great appetizer. Happy with any salad or sandwich here. Fantastic beer selection. Best of all, true family owned feel. Never had bad service. Only negative is there is often a wait if you dont have reservations.

This place is amazing!!! Food is the best (try the cheesy knots and the bbq chicken sandwich). But the real reason I keep going back is the customer service. Our server Mitchell was so nice and thoughtful and always made sure we were doing good. Rula and Nassar came over and said hello to us and treated us like family. If you like good food and good people - this place is for you!

I dine at Primos Pizza quite often. I enjoy their lunch specials, especially their spaghetti, the sauce is consistently good and the bread with the cheese melted on it is a delicious. The ambiance is quite cozy but they still seem to hold a lot of people with the outdoor seating included.This is a busy little restaurant, and they deserve to be, Im giving them 5 stars!

This is Rocklins best kept secret. Its a small family owned place with the BEST food in the area. Lots of options and everything is unique. Good beer and wine selection, wonderful food and the employees treat you like family. We love this place. It is small so expect a long wait during peak hours. Well worth the wait, you wont be disappointed

One of my familys favorite places to eat. Locally owned and operated with great food and and a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can get everything from a great burger to amazing pasta dishes and the option of building your own Pizza. So many good choices, I am slowly working my way through the entire menu.

I came into Primo for lunch, not having ever been in there before. The feel is almost like a small bar and grill, easy listening music, four big screens, and great food. I was told to try the burger, but changed my mind to the pizza on a whim. I was not disappointed! Lunch special and a drink for under $10. Perfect! Even free WiFi.

AMAZING pizza, friendly and accommodating. Kristi is a fantastic server, and if I knew the names of the guys in the kitchen, Id name and thank every one of them. At the least they deserve honorable mention.. But in truth, much more because they all do a great job. This is a definitive "neighborhood gem". A diamond.

A friend took me here and I had, by far, the best sandwich Ive ever had... no seriously the best! Im sorry that I cant remember the name of the sandwich, perhaps "Santa Barbera", but they have many and the way they are made will ensure that all are good choices. seriously the best sandwich ever!

Really expensive for what you get. Pizza and noodles were good but way overpriced. You pay for the atmosphere which isnt all that cool. It is also extremely loud where sometimes you have to yell at the person your talking to hear what your saying.

Love Primo . Very friendly! Just long wait in the evenings. So get there early, very early. Good foods, wine and beer + mini bar, TVs with sports games. Servings are fairly big, so you could share if wanted to. My new place to go, Primo!

The pizza is the BEST, but they also have amazing burgers, sandwiches, salads and pasta. The wings are delicious too. The only thing better that the food is the service. Even in super busy nights the wait staff is always fast and pleasant.

Very family friendly. Owners are usually there and greet most customers with hugs and smiles. Excellent burgers and the pizza is better than Skipolinis and Petes. Our family eats here frequently.

Website shows xlarge pizza for $20.99, but when I came to pick it up, I got charged $ 29.02. Also took me almost 30 min. to get pizza ready. Maybe just not a right time.
