I tend to swing by this Pieology around 9-10 pm in the evening after a good brazilian jiu jitsu training session up at Checkmat Folsom. Ive never had a bad experience here. The night crew are simply really awesome people. Even after a long day they are pleasant, helpful, and super friendly. If you have a bad pizza, you honestly have yourself to blame, because youre probably the one who chose the ingredients for your custom pie. Also, the establishment is generally very clean around the evening time from what I can tell.

I love Pieology and have been to several different locations and have never encountered such rude employees as this location. Especially Kira. A smile does not hurt when you are in customer service. Not only that but they charged my card twice which would it be a big deal because I understand accidents happen but with the attitude to go along with it and not even an apology this location sucks

After visiting various Pieology locations, my favorite by far is Rancho Cordova. The staff is super friendly, the music level is perfect, the pizza is delicious, the restaurant is clean, and overall deserves 10-Stars! The variety and combinations of pizza creations are endless. Crew suggestions for pizza is great too. The dessert pizza is probably the best thing Ive ever tasted!

Oh my !!!! This place is amazing !!! Its my kids and I have always dreamed of something like this - make your own pizza !!! The taste is amazing and it is baked just to the perfect touch ! The customer service was great and we get well taken care of. The whole house looks amazing !!! And I am sure to go back there often !!! Come and check them out !!!

What is not to like about a place that lets every person in your group get the pizza they want. Very friendly crowd. Only critique I have with all of there stores is they dont tell people about the after bake sauces. Which make all the difference when you load up that pizza.

All employees seemed to be in training. No one really knew what they were doing. Atmosphere was cheap and cold. Pizza crust was dry. There was far too much lettuce in the Caesar salad in proportion to the dressing and the pieces were about 3 times larger than bite-sized.

I always receive a welcome promptly after walking in and get to decide all my toppings. They also care for my gluten allergy with care by switching their gloves without being asked and cleaning a spot in their oven out for it. Really makes a person feel special.

This is a fun place where you can make your own pizza. You dont do the actual building, you just tell them what you want or choose from a predetermined pizza. You can make some awesome combinations. The crust is thin so they cook quick.

Received food poisoning. Had a build my own with Spicy sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and banana peppers. Be careful with this location. Never had any problems with other locations.

Love the pizzas here. Staff takes time through your order, you can patiently ask for stuff to put on your pizza. Place is kept clean. Overall good place if you just want to eat pizza and want ro make it as you like it

The food was great and service was fast. The pricing was fair and we really like the fact they have dairy free cheese because our daughters are allergic. It was enough to fill us up and have leftovers which was nice.

Place is good. Their herb butter is awesome. And their dessert pizza tastes amazing. I really like the crew. Kira was so friendly and made a nice pizza for me. Definitely am coming through to this location again.

This is the pizza equivalent of Chipotle, but there are also pre-made choices which you can choose from. The BBQ chicken pizza was awesome and our geoup shared the dessert pizza which was pretty good as well!

I love how I can grab a vegan pizza here and its so affordable! They dont offer the Daiya cheese but I can still make a mean pizza! The specials for the Pokémon Go players are pretty rad! I love this place!

Their kinda cheap with extras. I bought a premium bottled drink and asked for a regular drink cup to pour it in and they wanted to charge me for another drink. Ill be going back to Blaze next time.

Terrible service at the Rancho Cordova branch yesterday. Service girl got irritated & threw my toppings because I asked for more toppings. She became defense when I confronted politely.
