So, here I am on a Wednesday night, hungry. I debated whether or not to even order pizza, being that the other places we had ordered from were not all that great. But I went on the hopes of this particular pizza place based on my hubbys experience from a Mr.Pizza Man from a different location. We placed our order online, ordered a small cheese pizza; a super burrito, and super nachos. It said our order would arrive within 45 min. We then decided to call the actual pizza place to add a 2 liter soda to our order. At first the person who answered (sounded lazy and barely audible) told me I had to call grub hub and order it through them. But I asked why I couldnt just tell him to add the soda to our order, he then sighed and asked for my cc info...all the while Im asking him to repeat his self and detected a slight attitude of impatience in his voice. Once our food arrived it was completely HORRIBLE! Not only were both the super burrito AND super nachos SALTY AF, but my super nachos were super SOGGY! We couldnt even finish them. The only thing I could say is that our order was right, and the kids seemed to enjoy the cheese pizza. THATS IT! GROSSE, LAZY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WASTE OF $25!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! EVER!!!!

Lazy delivery driver, I made an order through Grub Hub no problem, But the driver was too lazy to get out of his car and deliver my order to my door... Might I add Im standing in my door way looking at him, as he is yelling at me to walk to his car. When I refused to walk to his car, he refuse to complete the delivery... Really great customer service!!! I later called Mr. Pizza Man to complain about the driver, after waiting 20 minutes on hold I could not speak to a Manager or owner.... I work too hard for my money to get such poor customer services like this... Dont order food from them you will regret it big time!!!!

Atendimento horrível, atrasou 40 minutos na entrega que ele disse que demoraria 1hr... pior! Horrível, não indicaria para ninguém!! Horrible service, delayed 40 minutes on delivery he said it would take 1hr ... worse! Horrible, would not recommend it to anyone !!

1-15-2010 My girlfriend and I are regular customers and we called for delivery as we normally do. A man named Juan answered and claimed to be the new store manager. We were asking questions and he quickly became irritated and hung up the phone. Giving him the benefit of the doubt we called back and upon hearing my voice he hung up again. I love the food their but I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere as long as Juan" is there.

wow, this place is not good at all!. The burritos have absolutely no flavor at all. The taste was awful. There was more rice then anything else and chunks of guacamole! that makes you gag!. i give it a 0 stars, and there customer service was so bad!, with the food just awful . wasted my money. wouldve bought something better and with flavor! somewhere else! NEVER AGAIN!

I dont know how service is for others but theyve always delivered within the allotted time. We order every once and a while and my only real complaint is there is something up with their phone that can be really static-y at first before it clears up. Its not the best pizza Ive ever had but its far from cardboard and plastic cheese.

Blah! There was barely any tomato sauce on our pizza?! Wth??? I lifted up the cheese to see and barely a dab of red. Nothing but cheese on top of dough with grease from the meats. I tried calling but they left me on hold forever! Really not worth the cost at all. Terrible pizza!

No good food, i oder a pizza and came after 1h, the other time i oder a meat pizza and i got a food poinse, i was bed per 2wees, is a brasilian restaurant and when we call the girl hom answhere tha fone talks in spanish, soooooo wrongggggg

We placed an order requested an x-large 3 toppings. When we got the pizza they only gave us 2 toppings. When I called the manager she said nothing we can do about it. She was very sarcastic. Her attitude was horrible.

Horrible service time. For a simple order of 2 chicken tenders it took 2.5 hours and we never received a call. We called twice. Horrible service.
