Lady very rude. We were trying to clarify and she gave a bad attitude. Was acting like my grandmother couldnt understand but she did she just wanted to clarify because she talked with an accent and was fast. When my grandmother said "you should be nice to costumers" she said I am nice. And she was doing the people behind us orders on the other computer so we had to wait till she was done doing them when we were there just wanting to finish my order. I do think my grandmother took a little longer than most people but thats just her. At every restaurant she takes a little more time to think and clarify and no one has been that rude to her. Oh on top of that while we were in the middle of ordering she started yelling at her little kid that was running on the booths. She was just very rude and my grandmother and I do not like her. Buuuut on a good note, their food is amazing. The chefs are more nicer like the one who brought our good to us was happy to clarify what was in the bag. As you can see my grandmother really wants to clarify everything, everywhere she goes. Good food. Bad employees.

Amazing and very classically done carbonara! No butter or cream crutches just pure egg and pecorino cheese yum :) The carbonara alone would be a 5 star review! They also make a wonderful bruschetta that is extremely fresh with great garlicky flavor on a nicely toasted bread! However the somewhat lackluster service and decent (but not blow your mind) frutte de mar (seafood squid ink spaghetti) bring it to a still quite respectable 4 stars! We were sitting at the bar so perhaps that explained the service - everyone was nice however our water was not refilled at all despite both glasses being empty, and we had to always flag them down for anything.

This place is horrific. My friends and I went there. The waiter treated us and the white patrons differently. It couldnt have been a coincidence because she did it again with other customers through the entire time. Through the whole experience, we witnessed racism, horrible service and a bad attitude. The waiter plopped our food down rather than serving us. I attempted to get more soda but the waiter was on her phone the entire time. This place needs to be shut down. This place is disgusting and offensive. Avoid it. Unless you want orange chicken with a side of racism, I advice you to wok away! Try King Hawaiian next door.

Szechuan chicken should not be sweet. Where are the Chinese vegetables? Green pepper, onion&carrots with a few mushrooms? Uh uh. No. This is the quality of Chinese food I would expect to be served up at a food court in a mall somewhere out in the Midwest... Not LA. To the best I can determine, this "szechuan sauce" is a combination of part sweet&sour sauce mixed with prolly (straight out of the bottle) Panda brand Oyster flavor lo mein sauce with a few hot red chili flakes mixed in. Along with too much ginger. I can pick it apart. I make better at the house. Disappointed.

My friends and I went to eat there for the first time and it will unfortunately be our last! The lady was rude and constantly on her phone not wanting to serve us. We felt discriminated because when 2 other parties walked in they were greeted and we were not. I dont want to make this into a race thing but it really was. Its really not about the greeting, its more about having respect for the individual and thats where they fell short! The food was ok. If youre someone who cant handle rude service, my advice to you is dont go to this place

First time there, I received coupon and when I tried to use it I was treated with rudeness and a lady arguing with me about it. I guess thats why when I went nobody was dining in. The whole shopping center was packed but nobody in this place. I can see why.

Theyre a joke- very Soup Nazi ish if you arent happy with your service. The Asian girl who takes orders isnt capable of more without a temper. The food isnt bad but nothing anyone cant do, including you with some sweet n sour sauce and a wok.

THEY MAKE THE FOOD FOR YOU WHILE YOU WAIT, AND THEY DELIVER SO YOU WONT SEE ALOT OF PEOPLE EATING THERE. LOW SOY, NO EXTRA SALT IS OUR REQUEST, AND IT WORKS EVERYTIME.
