No one is ever around to greet you. You have to yell to let someone know you are there and ready to check out. If they want to stay in business then need to step it up. Thank goodness for Big Spoon and that place is worth the drive. The swirl choices are nasty!!! You always have Chocolate and Vanilla together in the same machine. I worked in a yogurt shop in high school. It was pretty much high school kids that did everything and there was always someone out front to say Hello. Welcome what can I help you with, do you have a question. I will never going back to YV. It was just to nasty last time. The yogurt was the worst. One more thing~ No one speeks ENGLISH! WE ARE IN AMERICA.

Like another reviewer mentioned, the froyo is not very creamy. I suspect this is because they use only low-fat/non-fat frozen yogurt, and probably a cheap brand. They offered an okay selection of flavors, (8, I think) but none were impressive, although at least the original tart was very tart. The topping selection was mediocre (no fruit, granola was stale, and the "brownie bites" tasted off) and at 0.49$/oz it was not exactly cheap. On the upside, the girls working were friendly and its the only yogurt shop on this side of the freeway. People under the age of 10 would appreciate this place, but thats about it.

They had all nonfat options and some weird swirl choices (peanut butter and mango?), but i tried all and they tasted fine. I love the cereal toppings and went nuts with the fruity pebbles and oats--cheap & lightweight! Prices were slightly higher than big spoon at $.40 an oz. Seemed family run by nice people, in the fancy new shopping center that was mostly deserted. Sad!

Ok, this place is just fun. Its inexpensive quick, with lots of seating inside and out. The owner is great! Very friendly and walks around helping people and having fun with the kids. Make sure you dont put to much yogurt in your cup, because you will want room for all the toppings.

Meh. Over-priced, and the toppings are not that great. If you work or live in the area, it will do, but Big Spoon is WAY better..and that is what this place is trying to be. Also-the owner is way to chatty with the customers. Id like to just sit and enjoy my treat in peace.

Yogurt Ville‎ is the best! The have so many fun and interesting topping choices. The prices do tend to be a little pricier but their yogurt is well worth it. Every time I leave Yogurt Ville‎.. All in all, this is a must stop for anyone looking for a quick and healthy snack.

Yogurt was good, toppings were fresh, good service, healthier than ice cream, but slight higher prices. We were greeted immediately and give the run down on he do-it yourself stuff. Owner was super friendly and personable.

The service was bad. The woman working there didnt pay any attention when I came up and was ready to pay. There wasnt much of selection either and the yogurt was just okay. Next time Ill definitely go somewhere else .

Lots of fruit and sauces to choose from plus lots of other treats to add. I had the vanilla bean yogurt and it was a little icy, I See other reviewers mention the creaminess but I thought it had really good flavor

I liked it, paid 4.40 for a small cup full with strawberries and kiwi topping, I dont eat frozen yogurt often so I didnt notice a difference between this place and big spoon.

Great place too come for quick dessert. Had toys for kids to play with and the owner is a very genuine guy. Very polite and welcome.

The sugar free is gross. They mix it with water. It taste like an icee instead of creamy yogurt. They refuse to change it.

Lots of options for yogurt and toppings. They have boba! My favorite one was the original tart and Belgian chocolate
