Well, for starters, the cashier who took my order was super patient; I tend to change my mind on orders last minute or forget to load my card. So shoutout to you!! Ian, however, was a complete a**. You are RUDE, IMPATIENT, and have a serious case of RBF. I realize holidays are over, but I had gotten a Fruitcake Frap from the Starbeezy off of Madison and Dewey (way better customer service there btw!!) just a couple days ago, so when I came here I tried to order the same drink because it was DELICIOUS. Well IAN decided to snap at the cashier that the "button didnt exist". I said I had just gotten it the other day, and with his lack of personality, he fired back with "well the button doesnt exist." You suck dude. Check your attitude at the door. And done.

This was by far the worst starbucks I have ever been to. There were at least four flies in the store and one was even in the pastry case and NO one seemed to care!! The people making the drinks are slow, it took me about 7 minutes just to get my tall latte, and even then it seemed like no one cared. They seem to try to get you through the line quickly, and throw food at you in exchange for your money, but when it comes to making the drinks they take too long. When i peeked behind the counter to see what was taking so long i was apalled to see spilled milk everywhere and the bottom of cups getting soaked. Overall i would never return to this store again. The dirtyness combined with the poor customer service has forever turned me OFF.

I went in to get an ice coffee in hopes they had a certain blend ready but they were out. That was fine until homeless guy walked in and put his suitcase and stuff down and stood in line preceded to cause people to leave because his Bo was so horrific it was hard to ignore. So I went outside to enjoy my coffee where there was another homeless lady with a grocery cart hanging out by the table talking to herself with all of her stuff parked in the middle of the Starbucks patio. I decided to just leave. Customer service was great the establishment was nice and clean and my coffee was great, it would just be nice if the situation was handled for everybody sake.

Asked for venti iced wht choc mocha, half the pumps, extra shot, light ice. Was given venti iced wht choc mocha. Too sweet. She then tried again - this time I got - venti iced wht choc mocha, half the pumps...today they seem not to see, nor listen...like robots today...sad...

Overpriced, stock sugar packed nonsense. I can spend the same as I spend on one drink here and have enough tea for a week making my own! With less sugar and using less plastic and other resources! Make a better, wiser choice. Brew your own tea and coffee!

This store has the friendly, professional people, both the staff and the customers. I have never got a bad drink pastry nd it doesnt take long to get it either. Ive been going there for a long time and will for a long time to come. This Starbucks ROCKS!

Of all the Starbucks in and around Fair Oaks, my girlfriend and I agree the employees at this location are by far the best. Even when in a hurry, we would rather go to this location than one that has a drive thru window. Great, fast, friendly service.

This is the most convenient location for my work as the Coffee Shop Psychic! The staff are friendly and helpful, the seating area is spacious, and the food and drink are wonderful. I loved it!
