EVERYTIME I go they burn my chicken. I would understand if it was one time, but every single time!!!!!! Then they give me a burnt one and I politely ask for a different one and me assuming the new one would not be burnt I come home to finally eat a non burnt sand which and whoooooptyyyy-doo its burnt for the millionth time.

Ive been to this Jack in the box a handful of times. The food is almost always made when u order it, and the people at the restaurant are really polite. I always feel like they appreciate me for my patronage and I really like coming here.

Food is good, drive thru service can be a little faster with better accuracy when it comes to taking orders. Wished they kept the Turkey melt on sour dough slice sandwich.

This location is run like the classic, California Jack-In-The-Box that we know and love. The drive thru is fast and efficient! Gotta love those Monster Tacos!
