That The Habit dethroned In N Out for me attests to how great this place is. The burger (they call it a "char") is juicy and has great flavor. It comes with usual toppings including grilled onions, which you can omit of course. There are other delicious items too; chicken sandwich, Cesar salad and more- all very tasty. The service is excellent and friendly and its squeaky clean! I come here as often as I can, but no so often that I get tired of it. Highly recommended!

I ordered online was very easy but what surprised me is when i went to pick-up my order it was ready!! I thought there was going to be some kind of problem like my order was lost or the computer was not working right. It was there and everything i ordered was there, So i give them a 5 star rating not only because the order was right , the food is awesome too. The staff was great too. Try it you will like it!! try the Santa Barbara..............

Currently our favorite go to place in Novato for burgers. Great burgers, short wait, friendly employees, reasonable prices. The only downside are the fries are not great (mushy). I am reluctant though to deduct a star for this as we are not into fries that much anyway.

Ive eaten at this Habit Burger Grill probably about 100 times and Ive only had bad food once and they were apologetic and willing to fix or replace it at my request. If you want a good burger and onion rings this place is worth trying.

I have to agree with Mark Gunn on this. They screwed up two things on our order. The burger was okay but the milkshake was too thick, flavorless and icy. Maybe they should use real ice cream. Poorly managed. A big disappointment.

I have been to this place about 6 times, their burgers are good but the star is the grilled chicken Caesar salad. The chicken is flavorful and the dressing is tangy.

Staffs are fantastic and I love the burgers and sandwiches there. Salads are somewhat uninteresting. Coke from soda machine is sometimes watered down too much.
