Just like The Original Pancake Houses in Orange County, this location did not disappoint. My wife and I like to split one sweet and one savory dish. Our favorite sweet dish is the Apple pancake -- if you like "sweet," you cant go wrong with that. For our savory dish, I enjoyed the spinach omelette. Overall the food was good, and the staff was very pleasant. My one issue was that the server didnt understand what kosher meant (the corned beef was listed as kosher, so I was verifying with the server). Perhaps she just needs better training, but Im not sure how you can work in the food industry and not be aware of what it means for food to be "kosher." Other than, it was great!

First time here not a great experience. we had to ask a host for our drinks and our server after sitting at the table for 15 minutes another server helped us out and then our original server came she just asked if we were ready to order because we had drinks on the table.on occasion another server, not our original server, was checking up on us because he had even noticed that we were sitting there for so long and wanted to make sure we got our food first before the table next to us and then they forgot some of our food. the original server never checked on us the entire time and just drop the bill. food is too expensive will not come back again service is bad

READING ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE...WISH WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE...BUT WE HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE...OUR WAITRESS WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY, RUDE & MESSY(WE HARDLY SEEN HER) OUR FOOD WAS BLAND AND TASTELESS...OUR PANCAKES WERE MOON SHAPED ALMOST LIKE A 4 YEAR OLD MADE THEM...THE SYRUP WE WERE SERVED TASTED FERMENTED & WATERY, OUR COFFEE WAS WEAK. I HAD TO GET UP FROM MY TABLE 33 TIMES TO REQUEST NAPKINS, KETCHUP, & SIVLERWARE!!! NOT EVEN WORTH THE $35 WE SPENT...I WOULD RATHER HAVE ATE AT DENNYS!!! ONLY RATED A STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO RATE TO LEAVE REVIEW...NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR...

Im disappointed that so many people are upset about the prices. While its true that Pancake House is not the cheapest place to eat, the food and service is better than anything else in the area. There is an adage in sales that says you can have two of these three; Great Prices, Great Service, and Great Selection. It seems to me that most people expect Wal-Mart pricing, but yet they expect Ritz Carlton service. If you want a great, made to order breakfast, eat at The Pancake House. If you want a $1.99 breakfast buffet, and you want to pay with your EBT card, then please take your trashy, ghetto rat self somewhere else.

Great food, great service! There is an amazing selection of pancakes, I like the "Dutch Baby" and the "49er Flapjacks". It can be a little pricey, but you wont feel like you didnt get your monies worth. Large portions cooked to perfection. If youre not a pancake fan, they have many other traditional breakfast items as well. Highly recommended, I will be going back!

High quality, tasty food, extensive breakfast menu that includes many gluten free options. I love the gluten free crepes. Honestly they are more like thin pancakes than crepes but they have a wonderful light, moist (sorry millennials but thats the best word) texture, with crispy edges. But they have many egg and meat options that are just as good. Yum

The service is definitely slow, but its such a norm with this chain that they even put it on your menu that the food could take up to 20-30 minutes to arrive. Cant fault them for slow service - the place is always packed, and its because the food is amazing! Though slow, our server was good and friendly and got us everything we needed.

Good food. Slow and selective service. You probably got to be a "regular" for them to attend to you nicely. Everyone around us getting refills and getting checked up on. Had to get up 2 times for a refill. The only thing they were quick at doing was leaving the check on the table.

Never again coming to this place. Limited. Portions are for toddlers. My first time experience is aweful. Over priced food for less. I wish I could show the pictures of my food. Its not corkey or ihop. Dont be fooled. Dont waste your money here! Seriously!

Pretty great place and close to Chino. Went to the one in Anaheim and loved it but its always packed glad to find this one. The pecan pancakes are delectable and the bacon... oh man their bacon is the best! Friendly staff and great food, good combo.

Didnt like it. I ordered eggs and pecan pancakes. Eggs were way under cooked and pancakes had no flavor. Side of 3 strips of bacon was $6 ....Not worth the price. Never going back. They over charged for the quality and quantity of my order.

This place sucks and has extremely poor service. To seriously wait 20 minutes before a waitress approaches you to take your drink order? Seems pretty pathetic, it wasnt even busy. Sorry but not giving another chance to this place.

The breakfast was just average. The pancakes taste like the grease more than the batter. The prices are too expensive for this basic breakfast. Almost $6 for home fries with cheese and onions. I wont be back.

I Love it here! I come here often and get the Daily Special. Today, I was told the menu is changing and the Daily Special is canceled without any substitutesuggestions. Very disappointing...I left.

Awesome Dutch Baby, as always! Came here instead of making our traditional Sunday breakfast due to working on the house all day today. Great breakfast, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere. Yum!

This is one of my Dads favorite places for pancakes and everyone is very nice. They have the best tasting pancakes...moist and portioned well. Their omelets look different but taste good.

Meh, its alright. Im of the opinion you cant be a legit pancake house unless you offer REAL maple syrup, not that conglomerated goop the try to pass off. They dont do eggs well at all.

Great menu choices and food is awesome. Advise to not go on Sunday morning. Sat pretty quickly but waited Half hour for our food because kitchen couldnt keep up with the crowd they had.

So many choices for pancakes, crepes, and more! My fav is the spinach crepe. Nice cheery atmosphere. We enjoy it for our Wed morning job chat sessions over coffee and breakfast.

Has a wait time. But other then that. A great place. I love the crash squeezed grapefruit juice and oatmeal. Eggs are great too. Service good too. I would definitely return.

Good comfort food, crowded morning service, possible long wait, large waiting area, decent food, a little pricey, typical to little service when crowded.

The food is amazing and is always fresh. Be aware that their pancakes has a very high content of gluten, so avoid those if you have celiacs.
