It was super busy when we got there, but were seated immediately. It was a bit dirty inside. The glass doors were COVERED in sticky fingerprints, up and down. Bleh! Food on the floors. Like I said, it was busy. But, there were 3 employees just standing there, in the front, talking when we arrived. Surely they could have cleaned up a bit. We ordered and ice mocha coffee, and a vanilla iced cofee. Those are good, we had to ask for a refill, twice. Never offered. The iced coffees are really good. I ordered the cheeseburger omlet. It was amazing! Loved it! I wasnt sure I would like the pickles on it. But they were amazing. Lots of flavor in this. Yum! I was going to add avocado. But forgot. Next time! I also got the cheesecake pancakes. They were pretty good. Hubby ordered the eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. The eggs were good. The hasbrown, he asked for crispy, and they delivered. The bacon was soft, chewy, and greasy. Undercooked. Yuck! He also got the nutella banana crepes. They were very good. Our server wasnt overly friendly. Didnt check on us much. As stated, never offered refills. Food was good. Staff OK. Restaurant, needs someone cleaning often.

I usually come to this Ihop and never have a bad experience here, but when i came here on Saturday afternoon i felt so dissed. Normally, i come here taking my family to eat, but when i went in on Saturday it was just me and my brother. The service man saw us walk in (had some hair not that much, tall, light skinned), made eye contact, and walked away. I thought he just kept walking to help serve out a table so i didnt mind, but no he wasnt, we were just waiting and when he made eye contact again he asked if weve been helped. i got frustrated when he asked that because he saw us go in and wait for a while (keep in mind there was no one in line). We eventually got seated by him and he was getting us our table set up. He began throwing it across the table all serious like he didnt care about even having a job. A waiter has never done that to me until that afternoon. Me and my brother ended up going to the Ihop in Ontario Mills were they gave us great service. Never coming back to this Ihop again, id rather drive to the other one.

This used to be my spot but on one of the most important days they fell completely off. I brought 4 generations of family here for two of my babies birthday and the burger meat was not fresh. When I told our waiter his reply was that it was fresh they just cooked it. (People I couldnt make this one up). Then he tried to charge me for it! (Eventually he only charged for the fries that my 1-year-old granddaughter was eating. The only other person waiting tables waited one table where she spent over 30 minutes just chit chatting. Dont think I. Will return in the near future.

Unfortunately, this was the last time I come to an IHOP. Use to love this place. The last couple of times we came, the T-bone looked under cooked for well done. You can feel that the server was having a bad day and we felt totally uncomfortable the whole time. Also felt like being ignored half the time while others that came in after us were being served quickly and promptly. Again, this was going on during multiple visits. Never again. Maybe we will try again someday...

Dont get me wrong, the employees were very nice but the quality of the food was very second hand. No true flavor in the food. Norms restaurant by far has more substance., More flavor, more all around sense of satisfaction that you are eating a quality dish. You just dont get that here at ihop. All the people are very nice and professional and it is not their fault for the quality of food that ihop orders.

Ive been coming to this IHOP for over 10 years, usually the food is great, Frank and yvette, best servers in the I. E. Now while the service is still great, the food has much to be desired. It was cold, the French toast was sloppy buttered toast the ham was cooked so done it looked like the pig died twice!!! Wont be back!

The restaurant was quiet when we arrived. The waiter was attentive and very nice. The food was really good. I tried the Dark Chocolate Peppermint pancakes which was a seasonal item. Definitely worth it to try something different. If you are looking for a quick meal with good service and equally good food come here.

Service was horrible make us feel like we were getting free food ..this is place its nothing what it was some years ago the food geeting expensive and they serve less now the sampler wich is my favorite looks like a plate from kids menu and its no cooked well sad to say today was my last visit to ihop!!

Not very good. Got one pancake instead of three, burned hash brown, forgot to bring my toast, burned pancakes no ketchup. The server had A BAd attitude. She tried to make it up at the end. Clearly after tip. Overpriced. Will go back to Dennys. Much better service n more affordable

Went there for breakfast with my kids n got seated right away but waited for 30 minutes n never got a server!!! We got up n told the hostess but she only looked confused so we left. This place is so unorganized never going back!!!

I frequent this IHOP often and am very pleased with their service. The hostess always recognizes us and has a great smile to start our day. The best thing about IHOP is that they take competitors coupons - no matter what they are!

Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience at this place, the food is good but I cant say the same thing about the manager, he was very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful I will never go back to this place again.

This IHOP was good at the beginning but after a while it started to go downhill. The prices have gone up and up. The food isnt as great as it use to be. Service is good but not as great as I remembered it. Not coming back.

Breakfast items are usually on point here during breakfast hours. Although this location gets very busy during those times on the weekends, as usual. Service and staff are great depending on the time you visit.

Parking accesible and good location food was good but took 10min the server to show up and ask for our order, my wife has to stand up, and ask what was going on after that they ask every minute if we are ok

My family and I are always at this location, the service has always been great and the food its good. The only recommendation would be to have the AC on all the time, other than that will be back

The silverware is a but spotty, and be careful with the syrup holders, they may come apart in your hand. Had some bone or God knows what in my sausage, but the crepes were good.
