WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! On Saturday the 13th of 2016 I had the worst customer service possible. I ordered pizza with my bank card to be delivered to my step daughter. I ordered a soda on top of the two pizzas. I also gave a 4 dollar tip on top of everything and my step daughter didnt get her 2 liter of soda pop with her pizza annnnd my tip was a waste of money. When I called in to ask about them taking her the soda I paid for the guy had a HORRIBLE attitude and HUNG UP SAYING HIS MANAGER WOULD NOT BE IN UNTIL MONDAY ANNND SUPPOSEDLY NOTHING COULD BE DONE ABOUT THE FACT THAT I DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR... I ALMOST COULDNT BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I SUGGEST ANYONE THAT LOVES GOOD FOOD & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE does not waste their time nor money on a place like this!!!!! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS...

This place is REDICIOULUS. I ordered pizza for delivery at 7:29pm and they said it would be delivered by 8:09pm. Here it is 9:06pm and we still DONT have our pizza. I called twice to complain, the first time I was told that it was on its way and that was at 8:15pm. The second time I called they have gave us a credit of $10. Then when we called the third time at 9:06, I told Samantha i want my order remade and a refund,she then told me she dont have the power to refund my money. I informed her I used to be a manager at pizza hut and that she did have the ability to do refunds. DONT THINK I WILL EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Horrible. When our pizza was delivered the delivery man said the marinara was in the box we checked and it wasnt. He called his manager who assured us it would be there in twenty minutes. Fourty minutes later we called the store and asked for the manager. The manager told the employee he was too busy to talk to us, he had sent the marinara out but he is so busy he cant remember which delivery person he sent it with and they would send it again. Over an hour after our food arrived we can finally eat

my Wife loves Pizza Hut. But after getting burnt, dried out Pizzas more than once Im going someplace else. She asked for mild and sweet BBQ wings BEFORE we ordered. WE got the food home and my kids couldnt finish ONE bite. NOT ONE. they refused to refund anything of value. I like hot food...but will not be going back to this hole in the wall again.

Horrible . I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and it got delivered BURNT it was barely edible. But Im a person who likes to give ppl 2nd chances so the a couple days later I ordered the same thing and the pizza was baked way too much the bread was hard and dry. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Dont get me wrong, I like Pizza Hut every now and again, but this is not the type of location that I would want to sit down and eat. If youre really jonesn for some Pizza Hut, just get take-out or delivery, the eat-in option leaves you feeling kind of dirty afterwords.

Pizza took and hour and a half. Its not even hot. They didnt bring my soda. My pizza is cardboard thin. And I asked for regular Hawaiian. I have never experienced such horrible service. I will not be ordering again.

I walked in to death metal music blaring from kitchen. They were out of all crusts other than thin. When family went to eat both pizzas he forgot to put any sauce on them. Worst food and service!

Inside is the best relax environment. As for deliveries please tip the drivers. Also for carry out they are the fastest. Only 15 minutes waiting time , from the moment you order.
