Terrible terrible customer service. I had to complain to corporate. I was put on hold for so long during a phone order I had to hang up and call back. I was asked the 2nd time if it was alright to put me on hold, before i could finish my smtnce of why I DID NOT WANT TO BE PUT ON HOLD, *click* they slapped me on hold AGAIN! Needless to say I was infuriated. When i finally got my order in on the 3rd call he said I could pick it up in 15 min. O showed up 20 min later and my pizza was still not done! I ended waiting with my hungry toddler for 1/2 hour more. They had a lame excuse that it "wasnt finished when it came out" wish is BS its on a timed conveyer belt. They simply didnt put my order in until I came for my pick up, i could tell by the guys face when I told him what my name was and what I was pickng up. His name was Jerry, I wont forget because he was the same one who kept putting me on hold. Completely unprofessional

They will not deliver 2.5 miles away. I am a truck driver and cant drive to them but they wont even deliver to unifi. Its in the same town. They dont want nor deserve your business.
