I placed an order at the one on Cesar E. Chavez Avenue in Boyle Heights. The delivery man wasnt even carrying a cellphone, so then the (male) Manager there called me to my cellphone and started complaining to me, asking me why I didnt wait for the delivery man. Hello? The delivery person is always supposed to carry a cellphone with them cause they have to call us on the phone to tell us when and where to wait for them! I told the Manager there off cause he was giving me an attitude, like trying to snap his fingers for me to meet the delivery man that didnt even call me, for me to meet him in the first place cause he isnt even carrying a cellphone!

Worst experience ever! They charge for delivery and cant even deliver to your door. If they have restrictions they should announce so in the Web page. Manager Jose is real rude. Wanted to charge me double for the pizzas I had ordered. Delivery driver said he came and called and no one answered. When I never received a call from him only from the manager telling me he was on his way! Very dissatisfied with their customer service and capability to keep a customer satisfied!!

I tried ordering from a different address the man over the phone question me if I had moved houses. That is non of his business if I moved or not. Second I told him, Ill be paying with card which was not mine. He never asked under what name is it. All he wanted was the numbers on the account and still wanted the card billing address like no ... your never asked that especially on a delivery order. All you need is the card info no additional information.

I enjoy the pizza a lot but the workers always make a mistake last time I ordered pizza I repeated many times my address and phone number 1 1/2 hour later I called to see why they are taking long and they said they called and no one picked up I gave my number again and they had it wrong it happen to me 2x and 1x they brought my pizza without the topping I had asked

The least likable pizza place I have been to. The service is slow at the front because the cashier doesnt seem to know what he is doing, a 15 min wait turned into 25 mins, and the kitchen staff had some really colorful language in their conversations for the waiting clients to hear. Pizza was okay in taste at the very least.

The worst review Ive ever given. We waited 20 minutes on hold and decided to call back, they answered right away an we gave our order, paid online only for them to tell us we are TOO FAR and that they DONT DELIVER. I ordered here today and I waited 2hrs and half for my pizza I just got annoyed I called and cancelled it. Took me about 30min to try and get through and when I finally did I asked why was I told one time and now a whole other time the guy was rude as heck. I use to love this place Ill just stick to Pizza hut.
