I actually live about 3 blocks away from Colonial Bakery. Ive been going there for years. Nothing has changed great donuts, breakfast sandwiches and plates, burgers, coffee and drinks. Look, its not a fancy place. Its a hole in the wall, clean with very nice service. They have a lot of regulars hang out daily... its a local hang out that Im happy its been there for years. I recommend it... very inexpensive compared to other coffee houses.

If your looking for an affordable satisfying meal look no further, Colonial Bakery has the best sandwiches and freshest donuts! Not only that, when I walk in you immediately feel like youve stepped into a Cheers bar, it feels like home. Regulars here do not miss a day of there routinely coffee, they as well make it feel homey . Jennifer and her parents are always smiling and inviting, this is the authentic Long Beach!

Donuts are awesome. We are eggetarians and go there every weekend for their egg croissant sandwich and mashed potatoes. Its like we wait for the weekend to come to go there :) Jennie always has a nice smile in her face and is our big friend now. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Donuts are great, for about the price youd expect. Their breakfast sandwiches are also great, and pretty cheap, though... amazingly unhealthy. I can just -feel- the oil dripping out every time I pick one up. Probably why they taste so good. Fun fact: they filmed one scene in Dexter here! :D

Beware of this place they spray Black Flag in the food tray areas before they put the donuts for display bug spray on Windows flies always buzzing around coffee tastes like water oh and dont forget to give them correct change cuz they will rip you off you owe me Mike donkey butt
