The service was absolutely awful. When my boyfriend and I ordered the people behind the counter kept rolling their eyes and making us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. When we finally had enough of their attitude we asked to speak with the manager, when we finally got to the manager, she was no help at all. She didnt apologize. She just said it was not her problem because she wasnt there to witness it. I have never felt so awful in a location before. Do NOT eat at this location.

The staff is NEVER customer friendly nor fast (which explains the constant line to order). They serve the smallest portions compared to other Chipotles while the dining area/tables are never cleaned. Garbage cans always full and overflowing. The place is a mess compared to others. Never again....go to the Walnut Creek store instead

The workers are unprofessional and full of attitude! I had to make a call to their district manager to file a complaint: the young lady with the nose ring literally threw the salad dressing at me. We left there furious! Worst Chipotle ever!

When I go, there are a few people in line but it can get busy! The food is good, sometimes the carne asada can be a bit dry but by adding your salsa and pico de gallo it gets better. The staff are frie dly and service is speedy.
