Was at Home Depot next door and I saw the sign and it says open and the lighted open sign. And all the signs are still lit and theyre closed. Wanted a cupcake couldnt have it. If the lights had been off I would have just drove by and not said anything.

I havent even picked up the cupcakes that I ordered yet, but I got a call that I wasnt charged enough when I paid, so I owe them more. Does that sound right to you? I should have ordered cupcakes somewhere else.
