Terrible customer service! I used to go to this place all the time, but there customer service is not what it used to be. Today i called in and tried to order a sandwich for pickup. I was placed on hold by a gentleman that runs the counter which I am assuming is the owner/manager because he is always there and always managing the staff. It was understandable that I was placed on hold, the establishment sounded somewhat busy, but then I was left on hold for more than 10 mins while others were being helped. This is unusual because they never take that long, and the place is never overcrowded. I listened over the phone as they took other customers orders and also took new incoming calls. Finally got fed up and hung up. I decided to call back later because i thought they might be busy. When i called back the phone just rang, no one answered. I called back once more and a different person answered the call asking to place me on hold, i agreed. Then the gentlemen then answered the call again and as soon as he heard my voice he hung up. This is extremely rude. I have been a customer for several years but no longer interested in going here to eat. I definitely get the feel now that the customer does not come first. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is interested in ordering food. They will hang up on you. The sandwiches are overpriced, i wouldnt mind before because it was a decent experience but that is no longer the case. Not worth it. The man behind the counter has a very pompous demeanor. Good place to go if you want to be belittled. I dont usually rate places but this one deserves this.

First experience today. Ordered The Torpedo (which is basically The Italian without the jalapeño relish which I got on the side because I was sharing with my little man. The bread is everything, freshly baked on site daily and the relish made it so yum! I would of giving it four stars but had a couple of issues. Dont get me wrong the food was delicious and it came out fast but as a mom its important for me for the entrance to have stroller accessibility and a restroom (two strikes) add the attitude I sensed from the guy taking my order because I wasnt sure what to order until I made him aware IT WAS MY FIRST TIME (strike three!). If itv wasnt for the food being so good I wouldnt consider going back.

Omg....i dont even know where to begin!!! The pastrami was really just PERFECT. The soup was THE best Spicy Tomatoe Bisque EVER. The beverage selection, will have you coming back for more! The co-owner is super honest and sweet man who loves his shop. ♡ oh, we WILL be back!

Sandwiches are pretty decent, and they have more indy sodas and chips than most delis... but what self-respecting deli is out of both soup and sliced Turkey - hello, its probably the most common meat folks get in a sandwich!
