My friend and I went for dinner in late Oct. We did not have a reservation; however, they were not very busy. We waited for a good 20-30 minutes (again, they were not busy). At one point, a couple came in without a reservation and were seated immediately in a nice table by the window. Once we were finally seated, we were placed in a small table at the very back of the restaurant in a cramped corner. We hoped the service would get better from there but unfortunately, it only got worse. We had to get up three times during the time we were there (over 2 hours) to get service. On top of all this the food was not very good. To top the evening, when we got home and my friend checked her statement, they had added a $50 tip to the bill! Not sure what happened between 2010 and now but I would recommend any other restaurant in town, even McDs!

We wandered around the plaza looking at a few trendy crowded places and happened to see Baci on a side street, where the menu seemed appealing, as did the interior. Nice large dining room, but the cozy area to the right near the bar was available and we chose a nice table and were lucky enough not to have many diners near us. Very pretty and the service was excellent throughout, including a visit from the owner and a chat with the winemaker, of a nice and moderately priced chardonnay from Geyserville area. We had a flat bread appetizer, which was quite good, if a bit pricey. Then my wife had a great penne with fresh tomato sauce, and I had an almost equally good risotto with wild mushrooms. The only thing the risotto needed was a touch of color (maybe one cherry tomato) in the middle!. Still, all quite good, and a great evening.

We had an amazing meal! Our waiter was attentive, and gave great advice as to which wine to order with our meal choices. I had sole/crab, over a bed of sautéed spinach and risotto cake. It was lathered with lobster sauce, and scrumptious! My husband had Al Forno, which was crab wrapped in paper thin pasta, similar to a canoli type dish. He couldnt get over how thin and light the pasta was. It was a lovely dining experience, Thank you!

We ate at Baci on two separate occasions. Eash time the food was wonderful. The first time we had swordfish. It was moist and tasty. The second time I had Ossobuco.... Fantastic! My wife had the fish special and again it was great! Oh, yes the salads are wonderful as well! Do go to Baci and Enjoy!

Baci is our favorite all around Italian restaurant in Healdsburg. Owners Lisbette (MaitreD) and her husband Shari (Exec Chef) are now good friends. The menu is unusually expansive and uniformly good. The atmosphere is warm and usually very busy. Can be loud in the main dining room.

Wow! We just got back from Italy 2 weeks ago (and I lived outside NYC for 20 years) and Baci ranks in my top 10 restaurants! I only ate there once, so far, but their short ribs, wine, and tiramisu were incredible! Definitely go if youre anywhere near Healdsburg, CA.

The food was very disappointing. The Veal Saltimbocca was over the top salty with very little veal. The Veal Parmesan was nondescript. We ordered dessert and the profiterole was so hard we ate the gelatto and left the rest. Dont waste your money.

Had an excellent dinner here. Great wine selection and service. We had a large group of 10 and ate in the wine room off to the side of the main dining room. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this fine restaurant.

Just meh. Got the bolognese gnocchi and it was alright. But not as fluffy as I wanted. Some were gluey. I would say this would be a good lunch menu but the dinner prices were just too much for what it was.
