This place is the WORSE PLACE I have ever been to. I called to place an order with restaurant and the phone was answered by a Lady named Anna. I asked her for recommendations for meals and she got an attitude with me and told me "to hurry up and order because she had things to do and hung up. i called back and placed an order anyway and she asked me for my phone number and gate number to call to let here in the gate. I gave her the gate number and waited by the phone. and hour past by and still no order, I called in to ask what happened to the order, she told me they called at the gate and no one answered. I said I was sitting here waiting by the landline phone to buzz them in. I asked her did they call at the gate? She responded with attitude, called me a lier and said I dont have time do you want to make or not? I said no cancel my order. She then proceed to hang up on me. I called back and told her she was rude and needed to learn some customer service. She hung up again. I checked my account and she charged my account, so I called back and said Im coming back up there so i can get a receipt to void the transaction. We drove back up there and requested a voided receipt of the transaction, she refused, by then i was getting annoyed and told her, she just lost a customer because of your attitude. At that time, we told her we werent leaving until she gave us a receipt, She finally went down the street to try to give us a photocopy of the receipt, When she got back she threw the receipt at us and threatened us. At that point we threw it back her and she threatened to call the police. I told her I would wait for them. As we waited I saw 2 rats run through the back and i threatened to also call the health inspector. Once the police came, they told me to file a case with the BBB. I was so pissed that I will never eat here again and i will report this company to the BBB. Do not eat here! The service is terrible and I dont know what they are putting in their food! I will do everything in my power to get this restaurant shut down even if i have to buy the complex!

Worst experience in my life, the women who answer the phone really mean, she screaming at me because I cant understand what is she trying to ask me, she have an asian accent and it was hard to understand what she was saying and I trying to tell her that I can hear what she was saying, but I just cant understand what is she saying. Anyway Im never again going to buy in this place, hope they hire people with better education and good manners, youre loosing customers. I will all my people not to buy from there.

Every time i call very good service, other peeps. Well. Dont know what to tell you, food not bad. Getting better, but remember every one makes different taste of chinese food, if you like shrimp, may i recomend shrimp fried rice, fat shrimp plenti of them , and the best around even beats hong kong gardens restuarant on vermont. Other items getting better.

My favorite local Chinese food spot. Its not pretty. But the food to order is hot fresh and delicious. Sure they yell and scream at each other in the kitchen, but to me that is home style atmosphere u cant get this side of the Pacific! My fav is the Happy Family and the Crispy Honey Walnut Shrimp!

For a first timer, the food wasnt all that great. The beef & green pepper, shrimp fried rice and chow mein were way too salty for anyones liking. The fried rice is just the steamed white rice with a bunch of soy sauce. The only thing good was the orange chicken. I do not recommend this place
